{5} Lock down of Hope

Hikaru's POV

I sat in class, awaiting the return of Skye and Raven. I was waiting for Skye and Raven to walk in, and Skye only have a minor injury. But when the door opened, I got something totally different. 

I looked to the right of the classroom, Where the door had slammed open. In the view stood Raven, Who looked to be out of breath. I waited a moment for Skye to walk up beside her, but she didn't. Slowly but surely, Raven pointed at me and Kaoru.

"What? Us?" I asked as she nodded. She looked to be in a hurry, So I stood up beside Kaoru and walked to the door.

"Why do you need them, Sk-Raven..?" The sensei asked, looking up momentarily from her notebook.

"Raven. And it's because the er. nurse needed to see them." I could see right through her lie, but luckily the Sensei likes us, so she let us go. I quickly walked into the hallway, Kaoru following me.

"Where's Skye?" I asked immediately. Raven looked at me for a minute, Then looked at Kaoru. We were already walking towards the nurses office.

"She..I don't know! The nurse in there was really mean, and she had this needle with this clear medication in it, And I have a bad feeling about it." Raven rushed out. I could tell she was worried. I put myself in her place, and knew I would have been worried if it were Kaoru, But I was just as worried about Skye. She was mysterious and quiet, Yet I think she knew when to talk. I wanted to get to know her better. It was a weird feeling I haven't had with any one else.

"So she's still in the nurse's room?" Kaoru asked from beside me. He was walking beside Raven, And I was beside him. We were approaching the nurses office. Through the glass I could see Skye lying in the same position.

"I hope." Raven managed. She let out a sigh as we walked into the room.

"Y-You! I am going to call Princiable Suoh!" The nurse, I recognized as Ms.Becca, Shouted pointing at Raven. I noticed her holding a small needle, Half empty. Before i could ask what it was, Raven started shouting at Ms.Becca.

"Did you?! Are you serious?!?! You gave her that?" Raven said, well rather shouted. She began to step towards the well respected Ms.Becca, who held a smirk on her face.

"Oops. Guess you were a little late." Ms.Becca said emphasizing 'Little'. I was really confused, and I guess Kaoru was too.

"What's going on?" He asked looking between the two. I lookede down at Skye, Who looked miserable. She seemed scared, her eye's closed softly. I turned back to the situation at hand and waited for an explanation.

"Nothi-" The crazed nurse started, smirk fading.

"This crazy bitch drugged my sister!" Raven interrupted, surprisingly on the verge of tears. Then it sank in. Ms.Becca, The nicest, most sweet nurse in the school, Drugged the innocent Skye.

"She needs to go to a hospital!" Kaoru said as it sank in. I stared at the nurse as Raven went to call the ambulance.

"What did you give her?" I said walking towards Ms.Becca, and trying to remain calm as possible.

"J-Just a little mix up of some stuff. S-She'll be fine!" She shouted, backing up. I looked down at her. This isn't the sweet Ms.Becca I knew. I slowly realized several different things besides her attitude. Ms.Becca had black framed glasses. These glasses were dark purple. And fake. There was also the fact that The real Ms.Becca had a less stern face. I couldn't believe I hadn't noticed this before.

"Who are you?" I hissed stepping backwards towards Skye's bed.

"Ms.Becca. What are your? Stupid?" She stated shifting her weight to her other leg.

"You're not Ms.Becca."I stated, Sirens being heard in the background. I slowly notcied panic rising around me along with tension. Nobody moved, Except Raven who was hugging her sister.

A few moments later, the door swung open, revealing a crew of people in yellow shirts, and blue pants. They're mouth's were covered by a mask, and two of the 7 were pushing a stretcher.

"Is this the room with the drugged girl?" One asked sternly.

"Yea! please make her better." Raven called out like a little girl. She wasn't sobbing, But I noticed a tear streak down her cheek, which was drying out.

The crew began to load Skye onto the sketcher, and out the door. Raven ran after them along with Kaoru. As much as I wanted to, I stayed, waiting for the impostor to get handcuffs on her. soon enough the police ran in, searching for the source of violence. They saw me and the fake nurse, and dropped they're guard. Bad descion in my opinion.

"Who did it?" One of the cop's started to say. He soon was felt by the pain of another's fist, and that fist happened to belong to the unknown lady. The doorway was guarded, so before she could run or do any more damage, she was caught. Thats when I spoke up.

"It was her." I stated. I had to make sure Skye was alright. i pushed my way out the door, past several guards. Students were huddled together in fear when I made my way to the hall. I shoved past the people and there hollers to stop me, finally reaching the door. All I could do was hope.

I walked into the doors of the Hospital soaking wet, and in the school uniform. It had started to run on my way here, but I had barely noticed due to the drama around me. I made my way to the counter, wishing to see that Skye was here and safe.

"I'm here to see Skye.." I said unsure of her last name.

"What's your name?" The man asked. His head was mainly bald, a circle of grey made it easy to tell his work was stressful, or he was old.

"Hikaru Hitachiin." I answered. He wrote down something and handed me a 'Visitor' Sticker with my name on it.

"She's in room 108." He said, going back to his paperwork lazily. I started to the double doors, and down the long hallway. I couldn't decide weather to run or walk, so I walked really fast toward's room 108 of the huge hospital. I turned and looked at the numbers on the left side of the hall.

Finally I reached the right room number. 108. I looked in through the blurry window on the door, but couldn't make out the figures.

I took a deep breath and opened the door hoping for the best results. I chuckled in my head at my own thought. I was putting so much faith in one simple thing. Hope.
