Skye's POV
I wandered around Music Room Three, searching for Raven. She's been acting weird ever since the Christmas party had ended. Not necessarily anything serious though. She was flustered and clumsy. Maybe it was a small cold, and if it was, she wouldn't tell me about it.
"Raven?" I called as I turned into the kitchen.
"Yeah?" I turned to find her getting a piece of cake from the cabinet.
"The meeting is about to start." I mumbled as I walked towards her.
"I know." She sighed as she picked up the plate and took a bite.
"Are you feeling okay?" I asked as I brought my hand to her forehead to see if she had a fever.
"I-I'm fine!" She hissed, pushing my hand away. I flinched at the tone in her voice and backed up.
"I-I'm just worried! You've been acting weird lately." I said with a worried tone. I hope she isn't having second thoughts about staying in the Host Club after all. Or maybe it's not the Host Club that she's mad at. Is she mad at me?
"No I havn't!" She snapped back as she put her plate down with a thud. I flinched again and bit my lip.
"Raven, I just want to help you." I mumbled, looking down.
"Well, right now I just need some time alone." She said quickly before walking out the door. I followed her helplessly as she marched out of the Host Club's doors.
"Raven!" I called as her steps quickened. I turned out of the door and looked down the halls, but she had already disappeared.
Did I say something wrong? Did I not notice something? Is she mad at me for some reason?
"Skye! What are you doing?" Haruhi asked from behind me. I turned to face her.
"I..I have to go look for Raven." I looked down, and turned back around to search for Raven. If she was mad at me, I had to try and make it better.
"Wait Skye! What happened?" She asked and I slowed down. Turning around, once again, I faced her to explain.
"I don't know exactly. She said she needed some alone time and left." I said looking up at her. Haruhi might be able to help.
"Well, maybe she needs some alone time..." Haruhi said, slightly confused at why I would go look for her when she needed some alone time. Raven's never acted like this though. I'm not saying that she always told me her problems, but usually she wouldn't get upset like that.
"But-" I started but she interrupted me.
"Skye, come sit down for a little while. She'll be back. Promise." Haruhi smiled.
"Alright." I nodded. I guess Haruhi could be right. If Raven just needed some alone time, I should give it to her. Maybe I needed to leave her be for a while.
"We were talking about prices and other things like that, but in the end Kyoya decided he would do it by himself." Haruhi muttered.
"Isn't that a little much to do alone?" I asked, slightly confused.
"He insists to do it by himself." Haruhi sighed.
"Maybe he doesn't trust us." I mumbled.
"That sounds like him." Haruhi agreed as we approached the host club.
"Skye! Where have you two been? Wait. Where's Raven?" Kyoya asked looking up. He had bags under his eyes and the aura surrounding him was...unpleasant.
