{36} Plans and New Members

Skye's POV

I watched as Raven tapped her pen impatiently as we waited for Hikaru and Kaoru to show up.

"Raven..." I started sheepishly as her pen tapping became more anger than being impatient.

"What?" She asked as her tapping ceased and she narrowed her eyes to look at me.

"They'll be here in a minute Raven. It's only 4 minutes past what time they were suppose to be here." Haruhi suggested as Raven sighed.

"You guys let them off the hook too easily." Raven mumbled at the people surrounding us, which was everyone in the Host Club.

It was time for another meeting. The lovely Christmas dance needed a lot of planning. It wasn't even Winter yet!

"Today we will briefly begin planning the Christmas dance-Officially!" Tamaki shouted excitedly. Kyoya would be writing everything down, so any meetings prior to this were just brainstorming.

"First thing on the agenda is-" Kyoya started, only interrupted when the door slammed open revealing the two out of breath twins.

"What took you so long?" Raven asked jumping up. I jumped, startled by her sudden action, and she slowly composed herself and sat down.

"It just slipped our minds." They made up an excuse and sat down.

"That's why I reminded you two yesterday." Tamaki said smiling with a wink. I shivered and Kyoya continued.

"As I was saying, first thing we have to do today is find out who is doing costumes." Kyoya looked at the twins and they smirked.

"Our mom can do costumes, easy." Hikaru boasted as Kaoru agreed quickly.

"Alright." Kyoya began to write something down before Tamaki snatched his notebook away.

"Let me see that!" Raven shouted overjoyed that Tamaki has stolen Kyoya's notebook.

"Sure." Tamaki replied with a cheerful smile and handed it over. Kyoya had a look of shock and Raven opened the notebook quickly before he could say anything.

I looked over her shoulder and read the page as disappointment struck her face.

The remaining pages were blank and she looked up to see Kyoya smirking.

"I see you've gotten my spare notebook." He grinned cockily.

"Damn you Kyoya." She hissed tossing the notebook back so he could write anything else down about the meeting.

"I know. Next thing, who can help with food?" He asked Raven raised my hand for me.

"Skye can cook really good dessert or any food really. " She announced bringing my hand down. I felt my face heat up in embarrassment and looked down.

"Okay, anyone else? We need at least two because there's a lot of people." Kyoya muttered writing down something else.

"I can Kyoya!" Tamaki shouted cheerily.

"No. Last time you went in the kitchen we had to call the fire department." Kyoya turned down immediately.

"I guess I can." Hikaru offered.

"No. I object." Raven refused quickly. I looked over at her but she had her eyes closed with her arms crossed.

"Hikaru isn't too bad at cooking, just might needs a little help." Kaoru informed everyone bluntly resulting in a scowl from Hikaru.

"I can teach him anything he needs to know." I offered hesitantly. It would help.
