Skye's POV
"Hey! Skye! Are you listening to me?" Raven asked taking me out of my thoughts. I sat up a little more and tilted my head.
"S-Sorry, Could you repeat that?" I asked nervously with a small laugh. She sighed and copied my actions, Sitting up more beside me. It was Hosting Hours, But many people didn't come to the club today. There was a school festival tonight and most everybody had gone to get ready for it. Me and Raven hadn't planned to go to the festival. It was just a fall festival and all they're would be were a few games and food stands. Surprisingly nothing grand. Probably because in a few weeks they're was a Christmas party. That would be grand.
"Gosh you really are hopeless." She muttered before continuing. "Are you feeling alright?"
I nodded and she gave me a small smile.
"You know you can tell me if anything's wrong, Right? I'm your sister."She added with a sad smile. I returned the smile a paused briefly before continuing to nod.
Lately hadn't been any better with Ami. She hasn't really done anything to hurt me. She just kept telling me how bad I was. It wasn't always necessarily face to face either. Once she threw a balled up piece of paper into my bag, Which later when I found it read:
Why did you come here? You're just a burden to everyone around you. Go back to where you came from.
That night I almost asked Raven if we could go back. Because I would burden less people in America. Only 2 people actually. Raven and Father... But I knew first of all father would hurt Raven, And second of all Raven would know something was up. So that option was out of the question.
It's not that I didn't want Ami to stop, Because believe me, I do, It's just that Raven might do several different things.
She might get super pissed at Ami, Which would lead to her probably throwing punches. That couldn't lead to anything good for us.
Raven also might get mad at me for not telling her and wouldn't talk to me. And that can't happen because she's the only family I have left.
And l one more major thing I'm worried about.
She might agree with Ami. Maybe Raven also thinks I bring her down. Maybe Raven thinks I should just go away too.
And then there's the Host Club.
If they figured out about her there are too many possible things to happen for me to list. Generally, They would probably think I don't trust them for not telling them about Ami. Or they would believe Ami and not me. Too many things could go wrong if I tell anyone. Plus it couldn't go on for very long. So I can just wait it out.
"Skye!" Once again Raven's voice took me away from my thoughts. She pouted as she noticed she had gotten my attention. I smiled sheepishly and he sighed.
"Stop dazing off into space, It's scaring me." She added with a quick playful punch to my arm. I giggled slightly and she shook her head. Suddenly her facial expression got serious. She leaned a little closer to me before taking a deep breath.
"What's on your mind Skye?" She asked, her eyebrows drawing closer together. She was worried, But I couldn't tell her what was wrong.
Luckily, Before I could answer Tamaki came dancing over.
"My dear daughters, Won't you attend the festival with me?" He asked with a pout and a puppy dog look.
"No." Raven answered flatly.
"Senpai, I told you it wouldn't work. They're not your daughter's." Haruhi told Tamaki with her eyes closed. She must be mad at him.
"Why not?" Tamaki asked avoiding Haruhi's statement.
