"Kung gusto mong magpatanggal ng libog, ang daming websites diyan. Huwag lang 'tong kapatid ng boss mo. Piliin mo ang hinahawakan mo."

Pagkatapus sabihin 'yun ni Jason ay umigting ang panga ni Sean. He really knows how to make a guy mad with his words.

"Tell them to stop the movie muna. There's a problem," Abegail whispered to Elle.

Kaagad namang inutusan ni Elle ang isa sa mga tauhan niya sa team. Nahiya ako bigla sa eksenang nagaganap ngayon. Nakakahiya kay Elle.

Huminto kaagad ang nasa screen sa harapan namin at bumukas ang mga ilaw. Patrick, Abegail, Rain, Elle and her team rushed to us immediately.

"Ano bang nangyari dito? Bakit may libog-libog na?" tanong ni Elle. "Mind explaining yourself, Ortega?"

"Nakikipag-usap lang naman ako sa kapatid mo, boss. 'Tas bigla akong minura nitong lalaking nasa tabi niya!"

He's shaking. His finger was shaking and his tone was just acting. He's playing the victim.

"Huwag mo akong pinaglololoko, Ortega. Ano ang totoong nangyari?!" mariin na tanong ulit ni Elle sa kanya.

Hinarap siya ni Sean at lumapit. He's just inches away from Elle when someone's arm blocked his way. It was a man in suit.

"Anong ginagawa mo dito?" kunot-noong tanong ni Elle.

"Do you have a period? Galit ka na naman."

"You have a case pa, 'di ba?"

"It's fine. I can handle that."

"At sino ka naman? Bastos kang paharang-harang sa nag-uusap ha!" reklamo ni Sean.

"I am her boyfriend. Do you have a problem with that?"

"Boyfriend? Nanggagago ka ba?"

"What's the problem here?" Weather asked us, ignoring Sean in front of him.

"Minura lang naman ako ng lalaking 'to habang kausap ko ang kapatid ng girlfriend mo!"

Sean pointed at Jason while saying his statement but it was not enough to make Weather believe him. "I didn't ask you," he said and the latter was furious because of it. "Ella? Do you have something to say to support his statement? Maybe it was the truth or maybe it was not. That's the reason we need your statement because you're the center of the flames here."

Para siyang naga-act dito as a detective or a layer for some reason at gusto kong sumabay sa ginagawa niya. I nodded my head before speaking my statement and he nodded back to give me permission to speak.

"Hindi totoo ang sinasabi niya," sagot ko.

"Proven guilty," sabi ni Weather nang tumingin siya kay Sean.

The latter clicked his tongue before talking.

"Pa'no mo naman nasabing totoo ang sinasabi ng babaeng 'yan?!"

Napairap na lang ako sa sinasabi niya. Binobobohan niya pa. Ipagpipilitan niya pang ipamukha kay Weather na siya ang biktima dito. Ano bang problema niya? Lalandi, haharot at manghihipo 'tas kapag kinumprunta muna, tatakas? Tama ba 'yun?

"Ella knew what I had studied before, sir. She would never lie to a former law student."

"Puta. Law student?!"

"Ella, what else?" he asked me again, ignoring Sean for the second time.

"Tangina, law student ka lang pala dati at kulang pa alam mo sa ganito! Hindi ka naman naging prosecuter o attorney!"
