when they arrived the the police station jin was at the front desk waiting for taehyung to come out from the check up. he had been waiting for a little while now, he felt nervous. for taehyung but also for himself. this was his first time being outside since he became a wolf and he hopes no side affects start showing up while he is out.
"ah! nae!" jin called out as soon as he saw his friend walk out the room that taehyung went in to. rae walked towards him with a very sad smile. she pulled jin somewhere a little more private to talk, shutting the door behind her.
"is he okay?" jin questioned first, watching as she sighed.
"we did the rape kit and there is no tearing or semen around or in his private area's. but we did a sample of the semen we found over his privates and between he thighs and the semen does not come back to his own. we would still classify this as sexual assault" nae whispered, sitting down in chair as she continued.
"we ran the semen into the database but found not match, so whoever did this is not in the system. I have informed taehyung about this and he does not want to look further into this, he is pretty shaken up."
"I also ran some tests and it came back that he was drugged, that is what made him tired and fall asleep" she said, looking at jin who had his head placed in his hands. shaking it slowly.
"and he knows all this?" jin questioned looking up at her to see her nod.
"I cant do much if he does not want to go further into this, I have seen a lot of these cases in my life and sometimes when people get hurt this way, it hurts more having to live through it all. just to catch the guy, only for him or her to get 2 years in prison"

the drive home was quiet, taehyung did not say a word. the brunette knew who did this to him, but there was no point. luke was rich, his family would bail him out of jail in a second. he felt defeated and unsafe, he felt so violated. when they pulled into the building taehyung thanked jin for helping him and then left the car.
jin wanted to follow him, but he knows taehyung well. he just needed space. so by the time jin walked back into his dorm that he shared with his two new friends he sae jimin, yoongi and jungkook pacing around the room worried.
"what are you guys doing?" jin questioned, shutting the door behind him which catches their attention.
"where the hell were you?" jungkook shouted, hands in the air.
"we were worried sick" jimin continued.
"uh" jin sighed, not knowing what to even say. yoongi frowned and walked closer to the new wolf who smelt a lot like taehyung.
"you were with taehyung?" yoongi questioned, eye brows raised.
"I was wondering why taehyung did not show up to class today" jimin sighed, hand on his heart as if he looked relived that the male was okay.
"we went to his dorm but he was not there, we thought he might of taken another shift?" jungkook commented as they all walked to the lounge. the room fell silent and jin was staring at the floor. jimin eyes were stuck on jin, he could tell that there was something wrong.
"what's wrong jin?"
"It is not my place to say, it is taehyungs"
"did something happen?" was the first thing jungkook rushed to say, shuffling in his seat as he looked anxious. waiting for a reply.
jin knew it was wrong of him to say, it was not his place but he wanted taehyung to be safe. that was all he had ever wanted.
"he was sexually assaulted" he blurted out, looking at the free of them who froze.
"what!" jungkook yelled, his eyes turning red as he walked towards jin and grabbed his collar.
"and you did not inform us as soon as you found out?!" the true-blood was angry, yoongi pulled him away from jin who definitely felt scared.
"I am not going to give you the details. I will say this, he came to me scared and I took him to the police station to get a rape kit. the person who did this did not insert anything into taehyung, but it looks like he used taehyung's body to get off while he was asleep" jin replied as jungkook was about to rush out the building.
jimin following behind.
as the raven was about to exit the door jimin grabbed his arm, stopping him. when jungkook turned to look back, jimin stood there and said "I will set up the spare room, he can stay here. you move in here as well. we have two rooms that we need to get used".
the raven nodded and walked off, heading straight towards taehyung's dorm room. he did not bother knocking and walked straight in, checking all the other rooms to make sure no one else was here. when he walked to taehyung's bedroom door that was shut, he raised his hand to knock on it.
not even a minute after he knocked he heard the male run across the room. jungkook frowned and leaned his head towards the door, trying to see if he could hear anything. he could hear the males fast heart beat, and could feel how scared the omega is.
jungkook opened the door fast as soon as he heard a whimper, his eyes met taehyung was who at the headboard of his bed with a knife in his other hand pointing towards the door.
"its just me" the raven whispered, hands in front of him so that taehyung knows he is here to protect him not hurt him.
"jungkook?" taehyung whispered, placing the knife down as soon as he heard the males voice.
"you dont have to say anything. jimin and yoongi wanted to know if you want to change dorms, they have two spare rooms and want you to be in one of them"
"I am going to move into their other room as well" whenever jungkook talked and used his soft voice, it always made taehyung feel so safe. the brunette wanted out of the dorms, he knows he would feel so much safe with other people that he trusts. so he nodded, slipping out from under the covers as jungkook sighed in relief.
he was worried that taehyung was going to say no, but thankfully he agreed.
"jin is currently watching a movie so you go be with him and I will pack your stuff for you" jungkook whispered, chuckling when taehyung was about to protest.
"go, I got this, I will grab the things from the kitchen you brought as well."

after jungkook had packed everything that taehyung bought and owned, he took everything up to the new dorm. one handy thing about being a true-blood was your strength, carrying three heavy boxes in one go was a lot easier then what it would be for a human.
he placed everything down in taehyung's new room. going back to his own to move everything to his new dorm as well. after many hours by the time finished majority of the day had flown by. as jungkook was setting up his room he turned to see jimin walk in with a small smile.
"are you guys sure about this?" jungkook questions, placing his books on his desk and placing his clothes in his draws.
"kook, you have helped me and yoongi so much. it is the least we can do and now all of us are together, we can keep each other safe. also i dont think taehyung would feel at ease moving in with us without you being here" jimin chuckled, sitting on the males new bed.
"Im worried about him" jungkook sighed, sitting on his desk chair.
"I wanna ask him about what happened and if he knows who did this, but I could only imagine how hard it would be for him to talk about it."
"he trusts you jungkook, give him time. just make sure he knows your there for him" jimin patted his shoulder before he walked out the room.
"we are ordering take out by the way" the male continued before fully leaving the room. jungkook chuckled, and continued to set up his room.
