43 | telling the in-laws

a few days later

when taehyung woke up, he let out a deep sigh as he stretched. he pouted when he realised jungkook was not laying next to him. his eyes travelled to his bedside table where there was a note. all was on the note was that jungkook was training the guards. he got out of bed, letting out a yawn and headed towards the showers.

after showering and drying himself off. he quickly did some skin care and got changed. he smiled when he looked at his baby bump. it had been a few months since being pregnant and hid due date is coming up which went by so quickly. he still has not told jungkook's parents, he wants to but they have been so busy recently. they have been trying to find the right time to tell them. 

jungkook and taehyung talked about telling them today, book a time to have some lunch in the garden with them and inform them. 

the brunette was nervous to tell them, jungkook was excited though as he has always wanted to provide grandchildren for his parents. the raven has always wanted to be a father, but did not expect it to happen so soon. 

when taehyung went downstairs he was met with the whole squad sitting on the couches watching tv. 

"dont you all have work?" taehyung questioned, going over to jimin to sit next to him. 

"we all start tomorrow fully, we all finally have enough staff to open so its all going good" rose said, mr walker and sam nodding afterwards. 

"has jungkook finished training?" taehyung asked yoongi who nodded, he is just in the showers. he said he had something to show us all. the brunette hummed, wondering what it could be.

"have you told mr and mrs jeon about you being pregnant?" jimin whispered loud enough for taehyung to hear who shook his head. 

"nah, we are planning to tell them today though. we just never found the right time" the omega replied, smiling when jimin placed his hand on the brunette's belly. 

"getting so big, it sucks that i wont be able to meet him or her until a day later" jimin pouted, catching taehyung off guard. 

"what why?" he questioned, sitting up a little.

"basically when you give birth and take the pup home only jungkook's parents can see and then the following day friends can see. it is a royal thing apparently. but I am at least glad I will be able to see it before anyone else"

"oh" taehyung replied, he had no idea that was a thing. but i guess you learn things ever day. 

"there you all are!, ready to see your surprise?" jungkook said, stepping down from the stairs and into the lounge where the others cheered and stood up. 

"follow me" he said, after walking up to taehyung to peck his forehead. 

as they all walked out the ranch slider and into the back of the pack. they walked along the path until they saw 7 thick concrete pathways leading in different directions. 

"It was important to me that you all feel safe. that includes namjoon, yoongi, hoseok and jimin who have all been here for quite some time"

"I have gotten built 7 houses. those mailboxes you see that are by each pathway have your name on it, then down that pathway you will be met with your house. obviously mates go together, there are two bathroom's in each house, 4 bedrooms that you can turn into an office if you want. mr walker, we added a playroom and a mini playground in your backyard for your son" jungkook stated, smiling at the little boy in mr walker's arms. 

they were all speechless, all of their lips were parted in shock. that was the last thing all of them were expecting. 

"no one can access the back of this yard, only a few trusty guards will be around. this is private for you all and there is a gate, just over there where you can drive off. there is a note on all your kitchen benches with the pin code for it"
