introducing ara to the pack was scary, he stood next to jungkook as the trueblood held ara in his arms so that the pack could all see her. many pictures of her were taken by the pack from a far. the brunette was thankful that mrs jeon and mr jeon needed to make annocuemenls, so he took ara from jungkook's arms who had to stand with his parents.
jungkook mind linked taehyung and told him to go back home. it was cold out. so that is what he did.
the brunette was happy that the ceremony was over. he was excited to spend the day just him, jungkook and ara. he was currently out the back, on the outdoor couch with ara asleep on his chest while he read a book. he did not know how long jungkook was going to be so he decided to get some sun while it was out.
"taehyung!" he heard someone call from inside the house, immediately recognising the voice to be jimin's. he smiled seeing jimin, sam and jin walk out the back after he called out.
"ah it is so nice out here" sam sighed, taking his sunglasses off as he sat next to the brunette who chucked his book on the table.
"it really is, here you take ara while I go make us some drinks and snacks" the brunette said to sam who was sitting next to him. after handing ara to him he walked towards the kitchen, jimin following behind him.
"you been sleeping okay?" the male questioned, helping taehyung get the cups.
"yeah, so far so good. jungkook has been kicking himself for sleeping while ara was crying" taehyung sighed, feeling bad.
"it is just father guilt, he will get over it. if he wakes up for ara tonight the guilt will be gone" jimin patted his back, helping bring out the snacks and drinks.
"what a life we live now, any of you missing school?" jin questioned, taking food off the tray as they all sat down and chatted. sam handing ara over to jimin as he wanted to eat.
"honestly I dont miss it at all, people from that school were bitchy and mean" sam complained soon taking a bite of a cookie.
"that was what I was saying, werewolves have so much more respect and kindness then what human's seem to. it is crazy how easy it is for people to hurt others feelings" jimin mentioned, hand on ara's back as she slept.
taehyung hummed, agreeing as he nodded his head. taking a sip from his drink before putting it down on the table.
"we should do a family barbecue tomorrow?" taehyung suggested
"where would we do it?"
"here, we have a few spare rooms so people can sleep over if anyone gets drunk and cant be bothered walking home. we have a pool to swim in, a room to watch movies in and a gaming room. it could be really nice, a good little get together before summer ends?" the omega suggested.
they all like the idea and nodded.
"I am sure jungkook would be keen" the brunette confirmed, taking another bite of his cookie as they continued to chat.

taehyung and jungkook were walking towards the beach, pushing ara in her pram. the omega's arm was linked with jungkook's as they reached the beach. it was nice, there were not much people around and it was quiet. the true-blood laid out a blanket while taehyung took ara out the pram. when jungkook sat down, the brunette sat between the true-blood's legs. ara sleeping against the omega's chest.
"this is so nice" jungkook sighed, pecking the male's neck who hummed. they both were looking out at the ocean, watching as the sun was setting. the sky turning red, orange and yellow.
"did you end up finding someone to do the training?" the brunette asked, chucking when jungkook grabbed a blanket from the pram and placed it over ara and the omega.
"yeah I decided ash, I know me and him dont get along well. but his father wanted him to become head alpha not him. he is pressured by the father for everything" the raven explained.
"what how? why?" taehyung questioned.
"his father wants him to be involved with the royals cause when you are it looks very good for your family. so I made ash happy as well as his father"
"his father gets to be proud of his son as he is involved with royals. and then ash gets to train guards and do what he loves which is exercise"
"he knows how to motivate people, it is a good job for him" jungkook explained.
"your a good person" the brunette whispered, smiling when he felt his mate peck his neck. over and over again.
"you never told me how you could afford all the house stuff?" the brunette soon asked
"the government, the human government knows we exist"
"they basically pay us to keep away from their towns, not knowing there are wolfs who live in human towns"
"really? I had no idea"
"they send a lot of money and have people deliver so much food and electronics"
"they are stupid to think werewolves dont live in their towns, we are basically getting free money"
"they are the ones who kill us. did you know humans kill more humans than what werewolves kill humans" the brunette said.
"we should send those statistics to them" jungkook chuckled, pecking the males neck.
"do you miss the human town?" his mate asked, it was a good question. jungkook did not think about it much.
"honestly no. I think we all made the right choice about coming here" the raven whispered.
"the others seem so happy as well"
"I love you" taehyung said, turning to the male who was also staring at him.
"I love you so so so much more" jungkook whispered back, connecting their lips softly.
"for once we can live our lives not being afraid"
