Chapter 16

***WILLIAM'S P.O.V***

'Do you think anything will happen between them? Shona asks breaking the silence and looking over at Chad, Alexis, Ryan and Niki.

'I don't know, maybe, what do you think?' I asked back.

'You should have seen them before you guys came into our class. They were both panicking, I think the girls will fall for them.' She answered.

'Okay, something might happen, but I really don't know. We'll have to wait and see I guess.' I responded.

'Okay, I guess we will.' She replied with a slight laugh.

'Its pretty nice out here today, there's like noone around.' I said.

'Yea, it is, its nice, being here with you and all.' He responded.

'Aww, you're a sweetheart.' I said putting my arm around her shoulders giving her half a hug. I leaned against the tree and and she did too. She was about to rest her head on my shoulder and but something bit me so I jumped. She looked at me worried.

'Sorry Shona, dammit, there's ants here, I just got bitten and I don't want you to get bitten. Lets go over here.' I informed her. Mann, that was the closest we've been in the last two days if you don't count hugging. She was about to rest her head on my shoulder but a fricken ant bit me and ruined everything.

'Aww, poor William.' She said sadly. 'Where'd you get bitten?' She asked.

'On my leg. I'm okay, don't worry about it.' I responded.

'Are you sure?' She asked.

'100% sure.' I said reassuringly.

'Okay, I guess I'll have to believe you.' She answered.

'Good, I'm glad you trust me.' I replied.

'So where are we going?' She asked.

'Over to that kind of hill thing.' I replied.

'Okay.' She responded.

We went and sat on a different part of the grass and was a slight hill. I sat down next to her and layed back. She smiled and layed next to me.

'So, tell me, what's the worst pick up line you've ever heard?' I asked starting a conversation.

'Probably this one, did you get you're looks from McDonald's, coz I'm loving it.' She answered laughing.

'Ohh, okay. How about this one, You shouldn't be wearing make up, that's covering perfection.' I replied and she giggled.

'How about, if I could rearrange the alphabet I would put you and I together.' She responded.

'Hey Shona, did it hurt when you fell from heaven?' I asked.

'No, I've never fell from heaven.' She responded.

'Okay, you must be lost, I'm definitely gonna call God because his missing an angel.' I responded laughing watching her blush. I sat up and directed the next few to her. 'Do you believe in love at first sight, or do I need to walk past again?' I continued. 'Do you have a band-aid, I grazed my knee when I fell for you?' I asked.

'Aww, William, stop.' She pleaded.

'Okay, one more. You're so beautiful you made me forget my pick up line.' I said seriously. She didn't respond for a minute, she just blushed and tried to avoid eye contact. I put my hand under her chin and made her look at me. I moved the hair from her face and smiled and she smiled back, then looked at her perfect lips...
