***WILLIAM'S P.O.V***
We were laying on the grass and we were so close that our shoulders were practically a centimeter apart. It was great that she was being so open and comfortable around me. I wanted to tell her my audition song, I really did, I just know the timing will be better tomorrow.
We were just chilling out, laying on the grass looking at the clouds and seeing what they looked like to us, then out of no where it started pouring down with rain.
'Oh my gosh, where are we going to go?' She said not wanting to get wet. I didn't respond but I took hold of her wrist and pulled her underneath a nearby tree, I know it wasn't the best shelter but it was the best we could do. I let go of her wrist and turned to face her.
'I cannot believe that just happened.' She whined.
'I know, that was really unexpected.' I responded. She tried to make her hair stay straight and in place but it wasn't working all that well, because it was fairly windy and her fringe was going curly. I took her hands away from her hair and smiled at her.
'You look fine, stop worrying about it.' I informed her. She blushed and.looked away. 'Seriously, please stop doing that.' I pleaded.
'Doing what?' She asked slightly confused.
'Blushing whenever I compliment you. It makes my feelings for you stronger than what they already are, meaning I need to try harder to not kiss you.' I told her. She blushed harder and looked away. I smiled knowing I was the one doing making her blush this badly. She didn't look back up at me but she looked cold.
'Are you cold beautiful?' I asked.
'Yea, a little.' She answered.
'Here, this should warm you up a little.' I said pulling her into a hug. We stood hugging in silence for a few minutes and then I broke the silence.
'Is it helping?' I whispered into her ear.
'Yes, it is, thank you alot.' She responded.
'No problem at all beautiful.' I replied.
I looked around while hugging her and about 100 meters away I could see Ryan, Chad, Alexis and Niki, also under a tree hugging. Chad noticed me looking in their direction and he told the others. They all waved and I waved back. Shona pulled away from the hug and seen who I was waving at and she waved also. As soon as she pulled away, I was automatically cold again and I could tell it happened to her too. I pulled her in for another hug and she hugged me back. We stood together hugging until the rain eased off and the bell alarmed for last class.
We broke apart from the hug as the bell rang and started at each other.
'Thanks for doing that for me William.' She thanked me.
'Don't mention it beautiful.' I replied. 'Which class do you have now?' I asked.
'I have science.' She replied sadly knowing we weren't in the same class.
'So were not in the same class then.' I stated.
'No, unfortunately not.' She replied sadly.
'Aww, come on, you'll be fine. Where do you want me to meet you after school?' I asked.
'I don't know, where do you wanna meet?' She asked back.
'Umm, is outside you're classroom okay?' She asked.
'Yea, if you want.' She responded.
'Cool. Do you wanna get going now before it rains again?' I asked.
'Yeah, that would probably be a smart idea.' She answered with a smile.
We started walking towards her class room and her class was already inside the classroom, she had to walk in late.
'I'm sorry beautiful.' I sad apologetically.
'Its okay, I'll just say that I was giving a substitute teacher directions to their classroom.' She answered.
'That's a good one, I think I'll use that some time.' I said laughing slightly.
'Okay, you do that.' She responded laughing also.
'I guess I better go.' I said, changing the mood to sad.
'Yea, you better.' She responded and hugged me. Normally I was the one who hugged her, I just hugged her back and smiled to myself.
'Meet me here after class, okay?' I informed her.
'Okay I'll be waiting right here.' She responded.
'Goodbye Shona.' I said.
'Bye William.' She replied and turned to walk into her class room and I stood and stared.
'Excuse me young man, where's you're class?' A teacher asked as she walked by.
'Upstairs, I'm going now, sorry miss.' I replied then went to my English class and used Shona's excuse for being late, and it worked like a charm!
