***WILLIAM'S P.O.V***
'Aww, come on Shona. I wanna see you're beautiful face. Please look at me.' I pleaded and she finally looked at me. 'Thank you. That's better.' And she just smiled. 'So, what are you doing?' I asked.
'I was texting people and then they said they had to go. So I started drawing and then you said you wanted to do this.' She answered.
'That's cool. What were you drawing?' I asked.
'I can't show you right now. I'll show you when I'm finished though. I promise.' She replied.
'Okay, I trust you.' I responded and she put the laptop on the bed next to her and she started drawing again. I just watched how perfect she looked when she was drawing.
'Yes?' She asked not looking at me.
'Just looking at how beautiful you look when you're drawing.' I answered. She smiled and I could tell she was blushing. 'It is true beautiful, you can't deny it.' I continued.
'I can if I wanted to actually.' She responded.
'If you did you would be lieing.' I replied.
'If you think so.' She gave up.
'I know so Shona. There is a difference.' I responded and she didn't reply. I just continued staring at her while she was drawings and after not too long she said she had finished.
'Can I see?' I asked.
'If you must.' She said and held the picture up to the camera. I smiled and studied the picture that she drew of me.
'Shona, its amazing.' I told her.
'Its not that great.' She responded.
'Its amazing to me.' I answered.
'That's to you.' She replied and put the picture down.
''What else don't I know about you beautiful? You can sing, play piano, draw, what else??' I asked.
'I play guitar, I used to play soccer, but I can't now cause of my asthma. And that's abut it.' She answered.
'Okay then, how about what do you do when you're not drawing, singing or playing guitar or piano?' I asked.
'Umm, I usually go and see the sick kids in the hospital and give them gifts and things, you know, try and make things better for them. They have hard lives, most of them have been there since they were born, some haven't even seen their bedroom at their home. I try and make things not so bad for them, you know.' She answered and looked as though she was gonna cry.
'I understand beautiful. I'm sorry to upset you.' I apologized. 'When are you going next?' I asked.
'Umm, probably on Sunday. Why?' She asked.
'Do you mind if I come with you. I wanna see some of these kids.' I asked.
'Are you sure you wanna come? Seeing some of these kids is pretty hard to do the first time without breaking down infront of them.' She asked.
'Yea, I wanna see what you see, I wanna help them like you do, I wanna help these kids out, they sound like they deserve it.' I replied.
'It would be amazing if you came with me William. Maybe some of the boys would feel more comfortable around you, trying to get them to talk to me is like pulling teeth.' She answered.
'Sure thing beautiful. When do you wanna go?' I asked.
'Umm, I don't know. When do you wanna go?' She asked back.
'Whenever you wanna go beautiful. It's up to you.' I responded.
'Okay, hows 2:00?' She asked.
'Sounds great.' I answered.
'Cool.' She responded.
My sister came rushing through my door and came over and sat on the bed next to me.
'Who are you talking to?' Ash asked curiously.
'A friend of mine. Will you leave please we were trying to have a conversation.' I responded annoyed. She was worse than both my parents put together about who I was talking to, or who I was texting.
'Is that you're girlfriend?' She asked. 'The one you told mum and dad about before?' She asked and I turned my computer screen away from her.
'I'm sorry Shona. I gotta sort my sister out. Can I Skype you again in like five minutes?' I asked hopefully.
'Sure William. Do what you need to do. Bye.' She answered and I smiled.
'Thanks beautiful. Bye.' I said and shut my laptop.
'Now, what do you want?' I asked Ash.
'I wanna know who that was and why did you call her beautiful?' She asked.
'My girlfriend and because she is beautiful.' I answered. 'Now get out of my room and leave me alone.' I told her ushering her towards the door.
'Why didn't you let me see her?' She asked.
'Why do you need to see her exactly?' I retorted.
'Because we could have been friends.' She whined.
'Ash, some other time. Please just leave me alone.' I said trying to stay calm with her.
'Fine. I'm sorry.' She responded then walked into her room and closed her door softly.
I closed my door then tried to regain myself so I could talk to Shona without sounding annoyed or angry. I opened my laptop again after a minute and reconnected the chat with Shona.....
