Chapter 78

***WILLIAM'S P.O.V***

I waited outside Shona's room until a nurse walked by and let me into Shona's room. I went into Shona's room but this time I decided not to sing to her incase the same thing happens again. I sat on the chair near her and just watched over her.

I texted André first then all the others and let them know that news. They were all happy that she would be awake soon but also sad about her possibly not living after the age of 30. My mum and dad decided not to tell Ash that Shona was in hospital because she would react badly. As far as she knew I was going to a friends house for the night. As for André and Jacinta, well they wanted to come in but André knew it would be best for Jacinta to sleep on it tonight and start fresh tomorrow. I texted back telling him I understood and said I'd keep him updated.

I then decided to go onto Facebook. When it opened I ignored all the notifications alarming and went to Shona's page. Her wall was covered with messages from everyone at school hoping she was okay. I posted on her wall, 'Shona should be okay. She is in a comatose but she should wake up soon. Keep the hope and faith in her guys, she really does need it!!' I then put the phone away and waited for the next sign of hope from Shona.

Before I knew it Chad, Ryan, Alexis and Niki had arrived and had came into see her. Me and the boys were just talking while the girls looked at their best friend in shock.

'How have you been bro?' Ryan asked.

'Struggling.' I answered simply.

'I understand dude.' He responded even though I don't think he really did.

'So she will make it though?' Chad asked sensing the slight awkwardness.

'The docter said she would so I'm kinda relying on it.' I answered.

'Yeah, hopefully that doctor is right. It would be weird without her around. It was even bad enough without her at school today.' Ryan stated.

'Yeah, I could imagine.' I replied.

'Will, how have you been in here without today without breaking down?' Niki asked.

'You have no idea.' I answered.

'Are you going to come to school tomorrow?' Ryan asked.

'Probably not. I wanna be here when she wakes up.' I answered and the girls awed at me.

'Aww, Will, you're so sweet to Shona.' Alexis stated.

'Of course I am, she's my girlfriend and I love her. I'm sure that these guys are like that to you as well.' I answered referring to Chad and Ryan.

'They are when they want to be.' Niki responded and she turned around to face Ryan. 'Isn't that right Ry-Ry?' She asked him and he kissed her. Alexis, Chad and I bursted out laughing and they stopped kissing just to look at us.

'What?' They both asked.

'Ry-Ry.' Alexis said between laughs.

'Have they not given nicknames to you guys?' Ryan asked Chad and I.

'Nope.' Chad answered then they turned to me.

'Well, she calls me handsome, if that counts.' I stated looking down at her on the hospital bed.

'It does.' Ryan answered.

'Aww.' The girls awed again as I walled over to her and sat beside her.

'Dude! We have training!!! Apparently coach is furious!!' Chad said to Ryan.

'Sorry bro, we've gotta go.' Ryan stated.

'Its okay Mann, I'll see you guys later.' I responded.

'Come on girls, lets go.' They said and the girls waved as the boys took their hands and pulled them away. And just like that I was here alone with nothing to do except wait for sleeping beauty herself to awake.

Its now nearly 10 and still nothing has happened with Shona. I left before to get something to eat but I went back to Shona as quickly as I could. Two doctors were preparing the bed for me to sleep on tonight, even though I don't think I'll be getting much sleeping done. I layed on the bed and was prepared to just lay beside Shona all night long, eagerly awaiting her to move or wake up, besides the fact that she should wake up, nothing positive has happened, but I'm not giving up yet, not this early......

♥ COLLECTV IDEA: Do a sports competition. Choose a whole heap of different sports (e.g soccer, rugby, basketball, golf etc) and see who is best at each one. So for example for soccer Julian is in goalie and Trent has to try and see how many penalty kicks he can get from 10 shots. For basketball, have Zach as defender and Jayden has to try how many hoops he can get in 5mins, or similar. :))))
