***SHONA'S P.O.V***

Its Sunday morning and I'm heaps nervous about meeting William's parents. I now know how he was feeling the other day when he first spoke to my mum. My head was filled with negative thoughts about what his parents could think of me. I mean what if they seriously don't like me and we don't get along. I couldn't get the negative possibilities of today out of my mind.

I hear a knock on the door five minutes before William said he was going to pick me up. I went downstairs and opened the door and it didn't surprise me when it was William.

'Hey beautiful.' He greeted me.

'Hey William.' I replied and he pulled me into a hug.

'How are you beautiful? How do you feel about today?' He asked and I really wanted to be straight up with him.

'I'm alright. I'm actually kinda scared and heaps nervous though. I'm kinda scared because I'm worried that you're parents wont like me. I'm nervous because, well who wouldn't be nervous about meeting their boyfriends parents?' I responded honestly.

'Okay, I get you on that last bit, I was nervous but everything went great the other day with your mum when I first met her. And then when I came to pick you up for that amazing date on Friday night, I was talking to her and I wasn't nervous about it then, it was like I had met her a long time ago. When I got home on Friday night my parents wanted to know every little detail about the date and everything about you. They said that they wanted to meet the girl that was making me actually talk to them about girls because normally I wouldn't. They said they wanted to meet the girl that I told them I loved. They said they wanted to meet the girl that was making them see something they never imagined, their 16 year old son with the girl of his dreams.' He responded and I couldn't look up at him because he was talking about me like that. He always says the right things at the right times and knows how to make me feel loved, and cared for and actually wanted. I was lost in my train of thought until I felt Williams warm hand on my cheek. He tilted my head back up to face him and he kissed me softly. 'I promise they're gonna love you Shona.' He stated and then kissed me again and put his forehead against mine. 'I love you Shona.' He told me and I smiled and blushed as usual.

'I love you too William.' I responded and he kissed me again before hugging me tight. He lifted me off the floor and I had a mini panic attack.

'Oh my gosh, William please put me down.' I pleaded.

'But you're so light, I could carry you everywhere.' He tried to convince me to let him carry me.

'William, please. I'm not that light, can you put me down now please?' I pleaded again.

'Fine.' He gave up and put me down.

'Thank you.' I stated and kissed his lips gently.

'Thank you.' He responded afterwards referring to the kiss.

'No problem.' I replied. 'Hey, shouldn't we be going?' I asked when I realised we've been standing there for 10 minutes.

'Yeah, we should. My mum and dad are probably waiting for us.' He responded and took my hand. He lead me to the car and let me in. We began the drive to his house and I was so nervous. The closer we got to his house, the more nervous I became.

He pulled the car into the driveway and looked at me.

'Shona, please just relax. They're going to love you, I'm sure of it.' William tried to reassure me. 'Just be yourself, we'll get through this together, like we did when I met your mum, okay?' He asked and I nodded my head yes in agreement. He kissed my forehead and smiled at me thankfully.
