Chapter 21

***WILLIAM'S P.O.V***

My excuse worked perfectly and the teacher let me out of getting a deteniton because as far as she knows I was helping another teacher. The class was pretty good and we didn't do much work, but we were reading Romeo and Juliet. Before I knew it the class was over and I went downstairs to see Shona waiting where she said she would wait.

'Hey beautiful.' I said when I got closer to her.

'Hey Will.' She responded.

'How was you're class?' I asked starting a conversation while we walked back to my car.

'Okay, really quiet though, like without you in it.' She responded.

'Is that meant to be a good thing or a bad thing?' I asked kinda worried.

'Bad, because I was sitting by myself and you weren't around.' She responded.

'Ohh, sorry beautiful.' I apologized.

'Its okay, its not you're fault you're in a different class.' She replied.

'Okay, so are you up for ice-cream and the going park again or do you wanna do something else?' I asked as I opened the car door for her.

'It's fine with me as long as I can pay for once.' She answered.

'You know what? Fine, you can pay today but never again.' I responded.

'Okay, I'm fine with that for now.' She replied.

'Ohh, I get it. You're gonna say you're fine with it until you wanna pay again. I'm right aren't I?' I questioned.

'Nooo, not at all.' She responded scarcastically.

'See, I knew it.' I replied.

'Okay, okay, you're right.' She confessed.

'Yes, I was right.' I said as we parked in the same parking spot as the other day.

I opened the door for her and she got her purse from her bag then got out of the car. She said thank-you and then I locked the car and we walked together across the road to the ice-creamery.

'Hey bro, back again aay?' Fortafy asked.

'Yea, we are. What's up dude?' I responded.

'Not much what can I get you guys today?' He responded. I looked at Shona, and she looked at me.

'Same as yesterday?' She asked.

'Yea, sounds great.' I answered.

'Okay, can we please have two rainbow ice-cream cones please?' Shona asked kind of shyly.

'Sure thing cutie, coming right up.' Fortafy responded. I wasn't annoyed that he calls her cutie, he says that to alot of girls, besides I know his not that kind of guy who would steal his friends girl.

He made the ice-cream then handed them to Shona and I. Shona tried to pay but he wouldn't take it.

'Its on the house.' He told her.

'No, seriously, here, take it.' She tried to convince him.

'Nope, its on the house. Have a good day guys.' He said then walked to the next customer. She was so amazing. She would feel bad if she didn't pay so she left the money in the tips jar.

She was such a kind hearted person. Someone I could easily see myself marrying and even having kids with. You know the kind of person you could picture yourself spending the rest of your life and growing old with. The one I wanna tell all my friends about and let them be jealous that I have her. I wanna be her one and only and she can be my one and only. I could be her first ever love and she could my first ever real, true love.

I came back to reality when I seen Shona waving her hand infront of my face. That's when I realised that I was only daydreaming and none of what I was hoping for was true.....well not yet anyways....
