Chapter 52

***WILLIAMS P.O.V***

We got in the car and I drove towards the next location for part 2 of the date. I really did hope that Shona would like it, I mean this was my first date I don't really know what to do with her to where to take her.

We got to the beach and I parked the car nearby. As soon as we were both out of the car I took her hand and lead her up the beach to where I asked Fortafy to set up for me. I went to where I asked him to set it up and sure enough he did. There was a blanket on the floor, a basket with some snacks and some torches in it and a guitar off to the side. I tried to keep walking towards it but Shona had stopped. She had frozen when she seen the blanket and understood this was for us.

'William, its beautiful. Are you sure this is your first date because its like you're a professional date planner?' She asked.

'Shona, I swear, this is my first date. I really wanted to make it special for you because you're definitely worth it. I didn't think that it would turn out this great when I was planning it, but now that its happening and its with you, it is turning out pretty damn well.' I answered and she burried her head into my chest. I put my arms around her and hugged her tight. We stood hugging for a minute then I decided we should get over to the blanket before anyone steals our spot.

'Come on beautiful, lets go and check it out.' I said as I let her out of the hug and took her hand. I lead her over to the blanket and it was set up the way I asked Fortafy to do it. Mann, I owed him for this big-time. Shona sat down carefully, not wanting to ruin anything and I sat beside her. I opened the basket and there was a a whole bunch of different lollies and chocolates.

'Shona, what's you're favourite lolly?' I asked.

'Umm, geez that's kind of a hard question. I don't know if you consider this a lolly but I love redskins.' She replied. I pulled one out of the basket and passed it to her. Her face lit up and I smiled knowing how happy she was.

'What's you're favourite chocolate?' I asked.

'Umm, that's a hard one too but probably boost bars.' She answered. 'What's yours?' She asked.

'Umm, to be honest, I don't have a favourite of either. I'll eat any of them pretty much.' I answered after passing her a boost bar.

We were just sitting and talking about chocolates and lollies while eating some of the different ones. I closed the basket and reached for the guitar. Shona knew exactly what I was planning on doing and she looked slightly worried.

'You'll be fine beautiful.' I reassured her and she smiled slightly. I didn't say anything after that I just fixed up the strings on the guitar before I started playing. I stated playing random chords and I cleared my throat. I ran my fingers through my hair and took one last deep breath before I started singing to her.
