***WILLIAM'S P.O.V***

As tired as I was I didn't get one bit of sleep last night. I was too busy watching over Shona hoping something good would happen, that she would just give me a sign that she was okay. I don't even want to see what I look like right now, I probably look like crap. But I know its worth it if I get to see Shona again, I just need to be the first one she sees when she wakes up. She needs to know that no matter what happens I'll be by her side and support her through anything. Because its true, no matter what happens to her, myself or us as a couple, I will always support us and be there for her through thick and thin, through anything because that's how much she means to me and that's how much I love her.

I looked over at Shona, her lifeless body still hadn't moved. She looked so helpless and innocent laying there and I can't help but blame myself for her being like that. I have to make it up to her no matter what. I need to think of a way of making her forgive me. I do have an idea but I'm not sure if that idea is good enough. Maybe I could merge that idea with another one and that would make it better. Okay, thats what I'll do and that's my plan, I just hope it works out right.

I get off my bed and sit beside Shona. Even after I've had no sleep, she is an amazing sight for my sore eyes. Her head tilted in the direction where I was sitting. I took her hand and hoped that a replay of what happened yesterday wouldn't happen again. I lifted her hand to my mouth and kissed it softly.

'Good morning princess.' I stated and smiled when she squeezed my hand.

'The doctor said you should be able to wake up today.' I told her and she squeezed my hand again.

'I'm really missing you Shona.' I stated and she squeezed my hand again.

'I really love you Shona.' I said again and she squeezed my hand.

'Everyone at school has been hoping you're okay. You now have 643 messages on your phone from people at school sending get well soon messages.' I informed her and she squeezed my hand again.

'I can't wait until you wake up.' I stated and she squeezed my hand tighter than before. I looked at her and I wondered why she was squeezing my hand so tightly. She looked as though she was trying to open her eyes.

'Come on beautiful, you can do this.' I encouraged as I pushed the hair covering her eyes. I seen her eyes open slightly then close again straight after.

'It's okay beautiful. Relax for a minute and then try again. You were so close last time, you can to do it.' I responded and I seen her relax abit.

'Squeeze my hand when you're ready to try again.' I stated before leaning over and kissing her forehead. After a minute she squeezed my hand and began to furrow her eyebrows.

'You can do this beautiful.' I engouraged her. She kept trying and she finally opened her eyes. When she did we were both in complete shock.

'Them beautiful eyes are back.' I said happily and she smiled.

'And that amazing smile too.' I continued and she giggled softly.

'And that cute little giggle too.' I stated also and she smiled.

'Damn I missed you Shona. Never leave me again.' I said before kissing her lips softly.

'I'll go and get a doctor.' I stated as I let go of her hand and went to find a doctor. The nurse followed me into Shona's room with a clipboard and started asking her questions. Then Dr Simons (the doctor who told William that she would wake up) came in to the room.
