"Where are we going?" Taehyung asked again, as they got into the car.

"You'll see." Jungkook said and looked out the window.

They rode in silence for another twenty minutes.

He had already messaged Jaco where they were going next, and Jungkook thanked his stars that the bodyguard didn't spill the beans about the location when they sat in the car.

"Mr. Jeon, we're here."

Jungkook smiled when he saw the curious look on Taehyung's face. The elder was in for a surprise, and Jungkook could only hope that he liked it. He had been lucky enough to have found the place when he was searching for entertainment spots near the theater. He knew Taehyung wasn't satisfied with just watching the movie, and instead Jungkook found the perfect getaway for him.

Taehyung got out of the car and came to a halt. "W-What is this?"

"What do you think?" Jungkook asked, stepping out of the car behind him.

"An art exhibition?" There was a question in his voice, and Jungkook could understand why.

They were standing a few feet from the Square Garden, which was a famous urban open-space park and like its name, it cut off at the entrance of four streets, and had exits leading to each of the streets. But that wasn't the interesting that had caught Taehyung. It was the white stalls set up outside the park, surrounding it, each displaying beautiful art pieces.

"I didn't think there would be an exhibition here." Taehyung said. The shock and surprise stayed in his voice, and he took a hesitant step towards one stall, with floor-length canvas paintings.

"Me neither." Jungkook gave Taehyung his honest reply. He had randomly searched up nearby locations and the exhibition happened popup on his screen.

Taehyung turned to him and frowned. "I thought you knew about this place."

"Uh...no." Jungkook scratched his neck and sighed. He had only thought of surprising Taehyung. He hadn't thought this far or how he could pretend to know the place.

His plan had failed?

"That's good." Taehyung returned his attention back to the stall with canvas paintings. "We can explore this together." He said in a quiet voice.

Or maybe his plan had been improvised by a person named Taehyung, Jungkook thought and chuckled.

"Sure. Let's go!" Jungkook said, the earlier enthusiasm was back and he couldn't wait to see Taehyung's face and his varying expressions.

Taehyung approached the stall, his eyes drifting from one painting to the next, a small smile making it's way up his lips. Jungkook mirrored his steps in silence, appreciating the paintings as well. They were varying shades of the moon, and it's shadows. The multiple positions of moon in eclipse splashed across the colored canvas, mixing the white, black, brown and a hint of purple, creating a breathtaking masterpiece.

"It's so-"

"Yes? How may I help you?" Someone appeared in front of Taehyung.

He was a middle-aged man, wearing loose brown pants, a white t-shirt and a black vest over it. His hands had hints of paint on them, as if he just stepped out of his studio after creating another art piece.

"Uh...did you paint this?" Taehyung asked.

"Yes." The man nodded, giving him a smile. "I painted all of them." He said, and Jungkook could swear he saw the man's eyes shine with love when he gazed at his works.
