We woke up around 9. Daniel had mentioned last night about going for a hike through the mountains, I was excited. Lando and Mila not so much. I slipped out of bed and made my way to the bathroom, ensuring to not wake up Lando. I got changed and fixed my hair. I went to pick up the key card off the bedside drawer, when I saw lando open his eyes. "Hey, where you off" his voice tired and mumbled, "me and Daniel are going on a hike, I didn't want to wake you. I know it's not your type of thing" I kissed him as I picked up the key. "You know me too well, have fun. Love you B""love you too lan" I closed the door and made my way down to the lobby where Daniel was waiting.
We drove for an hour till we got to this beautiful national park, Daniel said it was the place to go. We talked about upcoming and previous races, travel plans and life in general. The hike was stunning, you were covered in lush green vegetation. The noice of the wildlife around was deafening. That earthy smell, covering every corner. I enjoyed hanging out with Daniel. It was nice but purely platonic. On the drive home, I saw a kangaroo for the first time. Daniel didn't even batter an eyelid, but I was in awe for the whole ride home.

I got back into the hotel room around 3pm, Lando was still in bed. I sat down next to him, the movement caused him to turn over to face me. "Want to do something tonight?" Lando nodded, still too alseep to form sentences. "We can rent a boat and go have dinner on the habour, see if Carlos and Isa want to join" Lando thuggishly held up his thumb to me, agreeing with what I just said, before turning over back asleep. I laughed it and made my way to Milas room. Unlike Lando she was already awake, and itching to go explore Melbourne some more.
