It was around 2am when Tobio woke up in a cold sweat. Keeping his eyes closed the whole time, he grabbed his blanket, knocked frantically then ran into the room next to his.
Even when the light was turned on, his eyes stayed squeezed shut.
"Kageyama? Hey what's going on?" Takeda had asked.
Tobio opened one of his eyes and discovering that it was 'safe', opened the other one. Just to find the concerned looks of both adults.
"Bad dream?" Keishins groggy voice said.
Kageyama nods at the question. "Okay, what did you want to do?" Oh shit, he left his whiteboard and phone in his room.
"Did you want to go back in your room?" He shakes his head aggressively, a look of panic crossed his face.
"Okay, that's okay, you don't have to do that. You can stay in here for however long you want," Ittetsu searches through the bedside drawer, handing him a phone. "It's my old one. There's not much on it. You can use it until you fall asleep if you like."
Takeda turns the light back off, and Kageyama uses the brightness on the phone to see what he's doing.
Seeing that Tobio will be fine, Ukai turns on his side and falls back asleep, Takeda using him as a body pillow.
At first, he sits at the edge of the bed, not wanting to take up too much space, even though it's a queen size and there's plenty of room, especially with the way those two are cuddling.
But ten minutes later, noticing that Keishin and Ittetsu are fast asleep, he sat cross legged on the bed, venting in the notes app with the brightness on low, jumping and trying to ignore every little noise that came from outside, or somewhere in the house.
