(I could copy n paste this chap onto the previous one)

As promised, Ukai and Takeda came home twenty minutes later. Shimada was sitting on the couch, watching tv, "Tobio's in his room." he said before they could even ask. He's lying down on the floor, staring up at the ceiling with a blank expression.

"You okay?" It's pointless to ask, Keishin knows that, but he can't help it. Kageyama glances at them before going back to the plain white ceiling. "You wanna talk about it?" He shakes his head.

"Are you lying here because you're annoyed or because you've done a lot of socialising lately and now tired? Takeda asks, not wanting to upset him. He shrugs. 'Not sure' he writes.

"You have lunch yet?" He shakes his head. "Come have some lunch then you can get back to your brooding, okay?" He huffs and gets up, dragging himself into the kitchen to make himself something to eat.

He scoffed down the first sandwich and proceeded to make a second, quickly eating that one too. "All that running give you an appetite huh?" Ukai jokes.

"I don't get why people run, terrible idea." Shimada comments, stirring sugar into a coffee cup. "Did not expect to be running that long, how do you have so much energy?" He asks rhetorically, Kageyama shrugs his shoulders and sips on his water.

Unintentionally, he looks over at his parents for permission to leave. Takeda gives him a small nod.

He leaves without a sound, he heads back into his room, resuming position in the floor. A few minutes later and Shimada is leaning against the door frame with his arms crossed.

"How's this working out for you? Can't imagine it doing you any favours." Kageyama frowns at him.

"Lotta overthinking and little sharing you've got going on." He adds, "It's not good for you and you know it." Tobio huffs.

"You haven't talked about what happened earlier yet either."
'Don't need to'
"Yes you do, otherwise you're going to have more of those outbursts."

He sits up, 'what do you expect me to do about it then?'
"I literally just fucking told you. Talk. Not literally, but you gotta tell people what's going on, otherwise no one can help you. We know you think you can do it on your own, but you don't have to. It's scary, I know it is but you gotta push through it and remember that it's all temporary."

Kageyama sighs, he know everything Shimada says is correct, but that doesn't mean he has to like it.
