Keishin unlocks the door for him. Kageyama ran inside and out as fast as he could, switching his shoes too, just in case, not wanting to keep the coach waiting for any longer then he has to.
Thankfully, they didn't arrive too late into practice. As usual, Hinata came running over to his friend. "Kageyama wanna play?" He said, holding up a volleyball and smiling.
Not today. Tired. Another time. Sure, he did feel bad for letting the redhead down, but it's not like he could help it.
Takeda walks over to him, wanting to know how his day went, well that and why they were late, not that it really mattered to him.
It was fine. Tobio replied with shortly. Ittetsu looks over at Keishin, wanting to know what his day was like too, also wanting to know more details about Tobio's.
"Yeah everything was fine. He kinda just read the whole time, or was on his phone." He talks lowly, knowing the whole gym doesn't need to know about their business.
"Did he eat?"
"Yeah I made him have some lunch. Took him out for a walk during my break, to get him out of the store since he was looking a little dull,"
"Oh where'd you go?"
"Just several blocks,"
They may not have heard the whole conversation, but the karasuno did find whatever they were talking about a little intriguing.
"What are you guys talking about?" Nishinoya and Tanaka ask, wanting to annoy their coaches for no particular reason other than the fact that they can.
"Nothing don't worry about it," Is the response they get. They sulk a little and go back to practice.
