"So why are we here?" Shimada asks, sitting in the lounge room. Keishin pulls out the strand from his pocket, "what do you think of this?"
"You took that with you?"
"Well yeah, why wouldn't I?"
Takinoue takes it off of him to get a better look. "This person must have really long hair then," he comments. "Where'd you get this from?" Shimada asks, not wanting to touch it, as it's still a little damp, and that's gross.
"Why on earth do you have some random persons hair for?" Shimada says, scrunching his face.
"Kageyama coughed this up at the hospital," their facial expressions had completely changed.
"So you're saying, that that kid, coughed up this hair?" Shimada questions in disbelief, leaning forward to have a sip of water Takeda had given them.
"So what you're implying is, you want our help with..." Takinoue was half way through his sentence when he realised he doesn't actually know what his friends want from them.
"I'm not sure. Kageyama just said that 'it watches me sleep'-" "Holy shit that's terrifying," Takinoue interrupts.
"I feel like I'm in a horror movie," Shimada remarked, staring at the piece of hair, "like, a bad one though."
"Very helpful, thank you for your input."
"You know, Keishin, you don't have to be sarcastic all the time, right?" Takeda remarks.
"Has he said anything about the entity?" Takinoue says. "Because that'd be a good start. And if we know it's name, then we can somehow, find a way to banish it."
Shimada looks over at him, "What are you? Some kind of paranormal expert?" He says sarcastically. "No dumbass, I'm just a big fan of the paranormal and supernatural," he retorts.
Ukai pulls out his phone. He knows he's breaking the promise he gave to Tobio. He pulled up the first photo, the one on Kageyama's forearm.
"What the fuck is that?" The two question at the same time. "It's a symbol," Ukai says, being a smart-ass. "Yeah no shit," Shimada said.
Takinoue took his phone off of him, wanting a better look. "Oh my god," he whispers. "What? You recognise it?" Keishin says, a little hopeful.
"No. This looks like it's carved onto skin," Shimada takes the phone from him, noticing that he's right.
"I saw that on Kageyama's forearm," they looked at him, speechless. "If you swipe, there's a different, bigger one on his back," he adds.
