As he was sitting on the far end of the couch, listening in on the adults talking about nothing in particular while he draws, Tobio had the realisation that he'd have to sleep by himself in his own room that night.

He'd never say it, because he doesn't want to bother other people with his problems, but Kageyama hates sleeping alone. I mean, if you suffered what he'd been through, I guess you would too.

Sure, it has only been one night, but he truly did get a decent sleep that night, when the other four had ended up staying over.

Keishin looked over at him, having a hunch that something wasn't quite right. "Hey Kageyama!" He calls out. Tobio stops to look at him,"You okay?" He gives a simple nod, going back to his drawing. They knew he wouldn't have given them an actual answer.

The two know they shouldn't pry, but they also know that something is wrong and he's not going to say anything unless they do.

Takeda is the one who gets up and walks up from behind him. "Kageyama, are you sure everything's okay? You're acting a little more distant and quiet then usual."

"Is it because you don't like sleeping alone?" Ukai chips in. Kageyama went back to drawing, indicating that the coach was right.

"You know, you can always sleep in our room, right?" I'm not five. They should've known that he was too prideful to just accept the help they're offering, not that they blame him. Of course they don't, why would they?

Keishin gets up. "I'm going to bed early, goodnight," he said, gently kissing him then ruffling Kageyama's hair, like he's been doing every night. "Goodnight," Takeda says back.

Sorry. "For what?" Tobio shrugs, he didn't know why he wrote that, he just felt guilty. "Did you think that Keishin going to bed early was your fault," goddamnit, why is he so smart for? Was it not?

"No, of course not. You know you can always talk to us about what happened right?" Yes, coach already told me. He didn't mean to sound like a dick, it's just how his straight forward answers ended up sounding. "Okay, I'm just reminding you is all,"

No one would believe me anyway. "How come?" Kageyama didn't answer him.

"Takinoue said he thinks something supernatural had happened, is that true?" Tobio stayed silent. "Sorry, didn't mean to pry,"
