"Hey Tobio," Keishin says, sitting down next to him. Kageyama turns to him, waiting for what he's going to say. "We uhm usually go out on Fridays or Saturdays-" There's a knock at the door, he sighs and gets up, just to find the second years staring back at him, he frowns.

"Go away." He says, letting them in. They make themselves comfortable in the lounge with Nishinoya practically leaning against Tobio.

"No horror movies, don't stay up too late and take your medication." He says sternly. "Don't let anyone in and don't go anywhere." He adds, and turns around, heading for the door. "Wait where are you going?" Narita asks. "Out. Bye."
"What? But you can't leave us." Nishinoya says. "Oh my god, you'll be fine. It's a few hours, bye."
"There's dinner in the fridge!" Takeda yells from the door then locking it.

Mene enters the room, her fluffy tail swishing about, interested in seeing her these new people are. Tobio scoops her up immediately, she relaxes into his arms and settles onto his lap, purring contentedly. Noya puts a hand up to her nose, letting her sniff him before petting her, giving her chin a good scratch.

Kageyama tosses the remote over to Ennoshita, letting them pick something to watch while he sits on the chair, watching them argue over shows and movies. "How what about this one?"
"I swear to god, didn't you listen to coach Ukai? No horror." Kinoshita reminds them.

Not knowing anything other way to get his attention, Tobio throaws a pillow at him. They turn to look at him. 'Play it' he writes, "You sure?" Ennoshita asks, Tobio nods and taps on his white bard with his pen for emphasis. 'It's fine.'

Ennoshita ignores the uneasy feeling in his stomach as he presses play, all sitting close to Kageyama, but especially Nishinoya and Tanaka, who are on either side of him, content on leaning against him.

The movie goes just over two hours. Kageyama kept his face neutral the whole time, it was the others that are getting scared and yelling at the tv.

Once the credits rolled, they turned the lights back on, "I'm kinda hungry." Tanaka says, getting up to go and see what's in the fringe, Narita and Nishinoya follow after him.

The curtains are closed, and the doors are locked, yet Ennoshita feels like there's something watching him, he knew he shouldn't have watched a horror movie, now look at him, he's getting paranoid.

Selene dashes out of Kageyama's lap and into another room, her fur sticking up. "That's strange." Kinoshita comments. "Must've heard a mouse or something." Is Ennoshita's response.

The curtain curtain swishes slightly, just enough for Tobio to notice. Shakily, he gets up, and squats down, peering out of the window.

There's nothing there, you're being paranoid he tells himself. The other five join him a moment later, wondering what he's looking at and trying to see.

"There's nothing there." Ennoshita reassures, squinting into the darkness. "Yeah there is." Nishinoya whispers.

There's a pair of glowing eyes staring at them, walking closer and closer, until they make out a figure.

They become relieved when they see what it is, "oh it's just a deer." Narita says, giving a nervous chuckle. Kageyama shakes his head.

It's staring at them and he's staring back, unable to move or black. They watch as it walks calmly over to the front door, presumably standing outside of it.

There's a knock at the door, they yell out in horror, now scared.

"What do we do?" Tanaka whispers. "We'll obviously not answer it." Is Ennoshita's response. He has a hand on Kageyama's shoulder, he can feel shim shaking slightly, even though his face is neutral.

"Come let's get away from the window." Kinoshita says, and they move to sit on the couch, with Tobio on the floor in the middle, Tanaka above him, Nishinoya and Kinoshita on the couch. Narita and Ennoshita are beside him.

There's a louder knock they jump again, Ennoshita has an arm in front Kageyama, one of Tanakas hands rest on Kageyama's head, while Nishinoya is clutching onto his friend.

There's a third knock on the door. They wait in anticipation, it opens loudly. "Jesus Christ, I knocked three times and there's six of you here, not one of you heard?" Comes Ikkeis voice.

They sigh out in relief. "Oh, thank fuck it's just you." Tanaka blurts out. "Excuse me?"
"We thought you were a monster trying to kill us." Nishinoya explains. "Sorry?"
"Did you see the deer?" Ennoshita asks. "Deer? What deer?"
"The one that walked across the street and stood at the door?"
"I feel like I'm in the twilight zone right now, what the hell are you all on about?"

"There was a deer, it walked slowly across the street staring at us and stood outside of the door." Ennoshita explains as best he could.

Tobio taps him on the shoulder, he points at the curtain, then makes a move with his hand. "The curtain moved?" He guesses. Kageyama nods. "And the curtain moved." He says to the old coach.

Ikkei considers believing them, until he sees what's on the tv. He sighs loudly, "stupid kids and their imagination."
"What? No definitely not imagination." Tanaka argues.

Ikkei sets a box down on the table in front of them, "Yuusuke wanted me to give you somethings he says. I don't know why he couldn't wait until tomorrow." He heads toward the door, "Wait!" Nishinoya yells.

"Oh, what now?"
"Can you stay?"
"Huh?"
"Can you-can you stay with us, please?" Kinoshita repeats. "No."
"Come on, please? Please stay?" Nishinoya pleads. "Oh my god."
"Please?"
"You know what? Sure, whatever, I'll stay." He gets up to lock the door then goes to sit down on an armchair.

Tobio catches his eye, he turns and stares at him. "I've seen you before." He says slowly, squinting to try and remember.

"Well yeah no offence but-"
"No, shut up. Yeah, years ago, you were in the papers." They turn to look at him, "no that was months ago. The missing persons flyers, they've only been out for months."

"No, years ago. You were a child, around five or six, you were found over a week or something." He sits down on an armchair, done with his damage.

The others look at Tobio, who looks at the tv. None of them question it, they know better than to do something like that.

They flick through the movies, landing on another horror, Ikkei raises an eyebrow, though says nothing as they get comfortable together and resuming the position they were in moments ago.
