"You're gonna get beaten up at the airport."
"Shut up, punk boy."
Mike had worn a very...dad-vacation outfit. A dorky hat, sunglasses and all.
The plane ride had been...tense. Mike and Oscar were still kind of bickering about last night, but were going to do their best to put it on hold for the week they were there.
"Mike!" They heard a familiar voice.
The boys turned to see El, Will, Jonathan and a man named Argyle waiting for them with excitement.
Will ran up to Oscar with glee, pausing a little to take in his appearance. "You're as punk as Jane." He chuckled.
"That bad?" Oscar questioned hesitantly.
"No," Will shook his head. "It's very...you." His eyebrows furrowed. "You got a lot more piercings."
Oscar nodded. "Yeah it's kind of become a hobby." He admitted. "Um, Mike picked El flowers from Hawkins and I didn't want to show up empty handed so..." He grabbed Will's hand and dropped something in it.
Will glanced at what it was and saw it was a metal ring on a chain. "A necklace." He smiled. "Thanks." He had to hold himself back from kissing Oscar in a public place.
Oscar smiled. "Yeah I thought it could replace that dorky bracelet." He gestured to the beaded bracelet around Will's wrist.
And that's when the smile faded from Will's face. He looked down and realized Oscar was no longer wearing his.
"Hey guys!" Jonathan greeted with a smile. "This is my friend Argyle."
Argyle nodded with a smile. "Wicked piercings, bro." He told Oscar. "Cool shirt." He told Mike.
Oscar snorted. "It's not, it's totally lame." Mike scowled.
Suddenly Argyle hugged Mike, making everyone uncomfortable. "Oh, it's a cheap knock off. I'll get you the good threads out here." He broke the hug. "Heard a lot about your sister."
Sensing the awkward silence, Oscar spoke to Will. "What's that?" He gestured to the strange container he had in his hand.
"O-Oh just um, just a painting I've been working on..." Will told him hesitantly.
"Cool, show me later?" Oscar asked with a smile, getting a brief nod from him.
They headed off, El rambling on about the day she had planned for them.

Jonathan and Argyle dropped them off at Rink-O-Mania so they could have a more official double date.
"And then Natalie set Asher's hair on fire, it was hilarious." Oscar cackled at the memory as he and Will got their skates on.
Will frowned. "Wow...sounds like you've been having a lot of fun back home."
"Yeah I guess." He shrugged. "Aren't you having fun here?"
Will looked down. "Um...I guess so."
Oscar's eyebrows furrowed as he followed Will onto the roller rink. "Hey what's wrong? You've been down since I got here."
"Shocked you noticed." Will muttered.
"What?" Oscar questioned in disbelief.
Will turned to glare at him. "Why haven't you returned my letters?"
Oscar's eyes widened. "I-I kept meaning to but I was busy! And I sent you a few."
"No actually, you didn't." Will snapped. "You had Mike write you a few sentences in his, which means Jane's the one keeping them."
