Chapter 16

(Same night)

Jisoo was driving back after dropping Taehyung and smile was plastered on her face. All the thoughts about him dry texting and not showing interest last week went away from her mind.

She reached her dorm and went straight to her room without waking anyone as it was pretty late.
She couldn't sleep much that might. All the night she was replaying that kiss on her mind and suddenly her phone went off. It was Taehyung. She picked up "hello" She said.
"You're home?" He asked

"Yeah. I reached 20 minutes back" She replied.
"Ohh. That's good then"
"You forgot something or is anything wrong?" She asked nervously.
"Anii. Why would ask such thing?" He asked
"Oh! Well you called this late so I thought there must be something wrong as you never called me let alone this late"
"I just wanted to know you reached safe" He replied sheepishly.
She laughed. "If that was the reason then you could've told me to message or call you right when I reach" She teased him.
"Good idea. I'm gonna do this from next time. No there would be no next time." He said. She suddenly got sad. 'He doesn't want to go on date with me anymore. What did I do wrong' she thought.
"Because I'm gonna pick you up from next time onwards" He finally said.
"You scared me" She said as she left the breathe she was holding. "Scared? How"
"I thought you didn't want to go out with me anymore" She said. "Why would I ever want that when I love going out with you" He said and that made her heart flutter. "I think you should sleep now. I'll call you tomorrow" He said sweetly.
"You too sleep well tae. Good night" She said.
"Good night sooya" He replied.
'Sooya' he gave me a nickname jisoo thought while looking at phone and couldn't help but smile like a child.

"Wake up unnie" Chae shouted from other room. Jisoo finally woke up and saw the daylight. She welcomed the day with open arms that day. Still reminiscing about the last night she got up and went straight for shower.

"Morning" Shr greeted everyone still grinning.
"Someone's happy and all smiling" Lisa said and they looked at her. "What?" She asked
"So how was your night unnie?" Rosè asked as she took a big bite of pancake. "Magical" Jisoo replied and gave a big smile to them.
"Ohhhh magical. Spill. What happened?" Lisa asked
"No way that's private memory and I'm gonna keep it with me" She said and took her first bite of the morning.
"Unnieeeee. I told you about my secret place and you're not gonna tell me" Lisa exclaimed.
"Well first off it's not your secret place we knew it for so long and second no I'm not gonna share" She explained. "Lisa let's respect her privacy" Jennie said from other side of the table.
"See Jennie understands. Thank you jendukie" Jisoo said and gave a flying kiss to her. Jennie smiled.

Jennie hated every second of this morning. She didn't wanted to hear one thing about jisoo and taehyung's date night. That's why she asked Lisa to stop asking jisoo about the might.

Jisoo's phone ringed and it was a message from taehyung she saw. She quickly opened it.
"Good morning beautiful" Message read. Jisoo smiled and replied immediately.
"Morning handsome" And couldn't help but blush. Everyone saw that but no one asked as they wanted to give her privacy.

The rest of days went really good for jisoo. She and taehyung started to message and call each other frequently. The were coming closer day by day. This is not what taehyung originally planned.

Then arrived the weekend. Taehyung had already planned to take jisoo out but didn't informed her earlier as he wanted to surprise her. He told Lisa about the plan and asked her to clear jisoo's schedule for the evening and she did the same.

The weekend evening everyone was in their rooms doing their stuff when doorbell rang. "I'll go" Lisa shouted as she knew who it would be behind the door. She welcomed him and called jisoo out "jisoo unnie it's for you" Lisa shouted again.
