As A Team
"We're almost there." Clint announced as the tall buildings from New York came into view, "What the..." Clint said as they saw what was happening in the city. There was a huge portal right above the Stark Tower and some kind of creatures kept coming out of it. It were the Centauri, the army Thor had told the team about.
There were large creatures flying around shaped like some kind of worms out of something like metal, they were destroying the city.
"Captain, I think it's best if I take your position now." Cosia said before she quickly switched positions with Steve. The Captain was a soldier but probably not that good at flying a jet.
Clint flew towards the Stark Tower, Costia had control over the guns from the jet. They shot a few aliens before they quickly swerved the Stark Tower, avoiding to collide with it.
They kept flying around the tower, Costia continued to shoot the aliens. The problem was that instead of less the aliens they got more.
"Cos." Clint alerted the woman as they flew near the top of the tower, Loki and Thor were fighting there, "See them." Costia answered as Clint turned the jet in the direction of the fighting Asgardians.
Costia fired at Loki but he wasn't really bothered about that, he shot the right turbine of the jet with his sceptre. The turbine caught fire, Natasha and Steve quickly positioned themselves further away from it.
"Alright." Costia said as the jet kept loosing height, "We're gonna land. Please make sure to close your seatbelt."
The jet got lower very quickly, it was only a matter of seconds until it hit the ground, very hard. "Okay rough landing." Costia admitted, "Everyone okay?" she asked as she unbockled her seatbealt and turned around. Natasha and Steve nodded, a little shaken up.
They quickly ran towards the street, the big tower came into view. "We got to get back up there." they kept running towards the tower, all of them came to a sudden stop. They looked up at the portal. The portal got bigger and more of these huge worm-creatures and aliens were coming out.
"Stark, are you seeing this?" Steve asked through the comms, Stark was flying around eliminating as many aliens as he could. 'Seeing.' Stark said, 'Still working on believing.' he added.
'Where is Banner?' Stark questioned, 'Has he shown up yet?'
Natasha and Costia looked at each other, memories from Hulk playing in both of their heads.
"Banner?" Steve questioned through the comms, the team hasn't seen the man since he fell down from the Helicarrier.
"Just keep me posted." Stark said, he almost sounded worried. Stark never sounded worried except someone he cared for was involved.
"We need cover," Costia said as she saw some aliens flying in their direction, "we have no protection here."
Natasha, Costia and Clint moved a little closer to the Stark Tower, they kneeled down behind a left vehicle.
"We've got civilians still trapped up here." Steve said as he joined them behind the car. A view alien jets flew by, a man with the sceptre in his hand was sitting on one of them, "Loki." Steve said as he watched them fly by.
It was a complete chaos. Aliens attacked innocent people everywhere you looked. They were all defenceless, some were begging for their life with children in their arms. Lokis army didn't care, they didn't care that they were destroying lifes and the whole city with uncountable explosions.
A view aliens landed near the four Avengers, they quickly reacted. Natasha and Costia pulled out their guns, shooting at the aliens in one swift movement. Clint pulled out an arrow from his back and aimed at the creatures.
