After a while Natasha and Costia left the bathroom to walk back to the main room. The interrogation just started when Costia arrived in the office, sadly she couldn't hear it from in there.

Sharon walked inside the office, she handed Sam a paper, "The receipt for your gear."

Sam read the first few words, "'Bird costume'? Come on." he looked at her angrily. "I didn't write it." she said before she stepped closer to the table, pressing a button on a device that was on it.

The screen in the top corner of the room lit up and a live video of Bucky in his cell appeared on it. There was also another person audible who was talking to him. 'I'm not here to judge you. I just want to ask you a few questions.' he said.

Steve and Costia both glanced at Sharon before they looked around, Costia a little more unobvious than Steve. It seemed like noone paid much attention to them. Expect one, Costia looked at Natasha, she knew she had seen it.

But Costia was sure she wouldn't say anything. Natasha knew Sharon a little from Shield, she was aware that she would get fired if it came out. She was also afraid that Costia would get more consequences when the CIA or anyone else knew.

Costia watched how Natasha slowly turned back around, the concerned expression didn't leave her face.

'Do you know where you are, James?' the man asked. He didn't get an answer from Bucky, 'I can't help you if you don't talk to me, James.'

'My name is Bucky.' he corrected him.

"Why would the Task Force release this photo to begin with?" Steve wondered.

"Get the word out, involve as many eyes as we can?" Sharon suggested, she didn't know it either.

"Right. It's a good way to flush a guy out of hiding. Set off a bomb, get your picture taken. Get seven billion people looking for the Winter Soldier." Steve said.

"You're saying someone framed him to find him?" Sharon questioned.

"Steve," Sam spoke up, "we looked for the guy for two years and found nothing."

Costia looked between the two, she was sure they weren't actively looking for Bucky but she didn't know they never stopped trying.

"We didn't bomb the UN. That turns a lot of heads."

"Yeah, but that doesn't guarantee that whoever framed him would get him. It guarantees that we would." Sharon said. Everyone went silent, they all looked at the screen.

"Yeah." Costia realised, "How much do we know about the man in there with Bucky?" she wondered.

Before anyone could answer all the lights flickered out, only red lights that went on and off helped the people to see something.

Steve looked at Sharon. "Sub-level five, East Wing." she said quietly, the two boys immediately ran off. Costia and Sharon looked at each other, "You don't know if you should go." Sharon stated. Costia nodded, "Yeah."

"Do you think they need you?" Sharon asked quickly, if Costia was gonna go she had to do it soon. "Yeah. I mean maybe?" she said unsure.

"Will you be able to live with the consequences?"

Costia thought about it for a too short second, "No." she shook her head but walked off anyways. She knew what consequences this would bring but Bucky could get controlled again and she didn't want that. She didn't want that because she knew how it felt.

She was just about to leave the room when a hand stopped her. "Please don't." she said. Costia turned around to face Natasha, her pleading eyes starring at her. "I'm sorry." the blonde said as she pushed Natashas hand off her arm and ran towards sub-level five. Steve, Sam and Bucky would probably still be there. She didn't tell Natasha to be safe, just like last time.
