Reunion

2018, Dublin (2 years later)

"You got what?" Costia exclaimed as she rushed her hand through her brown hair. She was walking circles in Natasha and her hotel room nervously, shocked by the news her Best Friend just told her. "No, no. I got that, I'm just working on believing."

"What is it?" Natasha mouthed from her position on the bed. She was securing the line so it was safe for her wife to call Tony. "Yeah, good question." Costia said before she put the man on the phone on speaker. "Explain yourself."

Tony chuckled through the phone before he spoke up. "Hello Nat." He said, Costia was sitting down next to her wife. "Wanna hear something exciting? Yeah?" He didn't give Natasha time to answer, he just continued to talk. "Pepper and I got married. We're married."

"She's my wife." He said, like Natasha didn't get it the first two times.

"I'm really happy for you, Tony. For the both of you." Natasha said, earning a glance from her wife.

"You didn't even tell me!" Costia complained, "You could've called a day before or tell me how you proposed or-" she rambled while standing back up to pace around in the room.

"Look, Costia. I'm sorry but you know it would't have changed that you weren't there." Tony interrupted her, knowing this was what she was truly upset about. "If it helps, Pepper was very sad you weren't there, too. She was sad on my wedding day because of you."

"That doesn't help at all." Costia laughed.

"Uh, the devil is coming. Gotta go." Tony said before he hung up quickly. Costia sighed heavily before she walked back towards the bed, letting herself fall onto the covers. "He really needs to stop calling Pepper devil." Natasha said as she placed the laptop which had been on her lap before on the bedside table.

"Mh-hm." Costia mumbled while she crawled over towards Natasha to wrap her arms around her. "You look very beautiful from this angle." Costia said as she laid her right arm on Natasha's stomach.

"Just from this angle?" Natasha gasped as she touched her chest in a playful manner. Costia laughed before she propped herself up on her elbows to kiss her wife on the lips. "Shut up." She mumbled between kisses.

It was the ringing of a phone, not Costia's nightmares, what woke her and Natasha up. "I really would've enjoyed at least one night of sleep." Costia grumbled as she looked at the phone on her bedside table. She read who's name was on the screen and quickly picked it up so Natasha could see it too.

Natasha silently told Costia to answer it. "Steve?" She asked unsure. Steve and her had exchanged a phone years ago when they got married at Clint's farm, it was for emergencies only. "Costia?" Steve's voice sounded through the room after Costia put him on speaker.

"You called, you should know it's me." Costia smirked, she couldn't suppress the sarcastic answer.

They could hear Steve sigh through the phone before he spoke up again. "I need your help, or more, Wanda and Vision do." He said, Sam was audible in the back. He said something to the solider, but it was too quite for Natasha or Costia to hear it.

"Alright. What's up?"

"They're being attacked by some sort of alien. They need us." Steve said.

"Oh, fun. I missed fighting aliens." Costia joked, earning a sceptical glance from her wife.

Steve sighed before he spoke up again. "What's your location?"
