A/n: Just so you know, for now this is the last chapter of "A Slime's Neko Daughter." This is because I've reached the end of season 2 and the movie has yet to come out. However, I can't do the movie because I need to watch it multiple times to make effective chapters out of it. I hope you've enjoyed this story as much as I have and as soon as season 3 and the movie come out I will start this story up again. However, this story is going to be changed out for a possible Demon Slayer story I'm working on. So keep an eye out for that next week. Also, if you have possible chapter idea for this story, I might try to do those as well. I was thinking of little cute chapters, one example is maybe a chapter where Kumara and the reader get to know each other better.

Y/n's POV

After showing Kumara Tempest and the rest of the forest, the meeting started again. Guy reformed the table that papa destroyed when he was talking to Clayman. "Now the matters that were going to be discussed, Rimuru's ascension and Carrion betrayal. However, those matters seem to be settled. There is one matter that still needs to be settled." Guy said. He turned and looked at me. "The ascension to Demon Lord for our youngest member, Y/n." He said.

"Actually, I have a matter I wish to discuss before we get to that. It's a request more than anything else." Frey said.

"Go on." Guy said.

"I've decided to serve Milim from here on out." Frey said. Auntie Milim jumped up from her chair, shocked by Frey's sentence. "Wait really?" Dagruel asked.

"Uh huh?" Dino asked, waking up.

"In fact, I'd like to completely relinquish my status as demon lord." Frey said.

"Well Frey, this seems rather sudden." Guy said.

"Wait a minute! I haven't heard anything about this decision." Auntie Milim shouted.

"Yes, because I didn't tell you. But I have my reasons for this. The top one being that I no longer believe that I have the necessary strength to be a demon lord." Frey said. Everyone was a little shocked by what she was saying. "Watching the battle today helped convince me of that. Had I fought Clayman, we would've been evenly matched at best. And against Clayman's awakened form, I'm positive that I wouldn't have stood a chance." Frey said.

"But Frey, everyone here knows that high-speed battles in the air are your speciality. I see no reason for you to put yourself down so much." Dagruel said.

"it's true that I would have the advantage in aireal combat, but today I realized that simply having the advantage is not always enough. And as for you Milim, you can't continue to make selfish demands forever." Frey said looking at papa before auntie Milim. Auntie Milim made a sound clearly worried about what Frey was bringing up. "Isn't it past time that you start thinking how to manage your own domain? Well? Will you accept my proposal?" Frey said.

"But it's not really my style to have subordinates under my rule, you know? Surely there's somewhere else you'd like to go." Auntie Milim said.

"Wait just a moment, as long as we're on this subject there's something I'd like to say. As you know I fought Milim one on one and lost. So I believe that I should submit to her completely as well." Carrion said. Auntie Milim was shocked again about Carrion wanting to join her ranks. "Ooo~" Ramiris said. Carrion walked over to auntie Milim as he continued talking. "With that said I'm going to be your faithful subordinate starting today. It's all you boss!" Carrion said, setting a hand on her shoulder and giving her a thumbs up with a smile.

"Wait just a second Carrion. I only fought you because I was being controlled by Clayman. I swear I don't even remember it." Auntie Milim said.

"You're not fooling anyone here. You said it yourself." Carrion said.
