Y/n's POV

As papa came to land on the ground with Zenobia in his arms, prince Azlan stopped his fight with Benimaru and looked at papa. "Bastard. You let go of her right now." Prince Azland demanded.

"Calm down, prince. He's only brought her here to keep her safe." I explained.

"I can't trust you people. Step away from her." Prince Alzan ordered. Papa used Glunttony to remove the curse that was placed on Zenobia. Once the curse was removed, Zenobia coughed before sitting up and looking at papa. "I can't believe you broke the spell so easily. I knew you were a kind old gentleman, but you're quite talented too." Zenobia said.

"Wait, I was middle-aged but now I'm just old?" Papa complained.

"I'll use your other title, Great Phantom Thief, was it?" Zenobia asked.

"Great Phantom Thief?" Benimaru asked.

"Yes, that's how he introduced himself to me. I must say his plan to kidnap me from the castle was lovely. Mister Satoru is truly worthy of that title, audacious as it is." Zenobia said. I giggled a little as papa just rubbed the back of his head while laughing nervously. "Alright, you better explain this, and it better make sense." Prince Azlan demanded.

"Well, for starters, crown prince Sauzer isn't a vampire. That's why he's able to go out in the sun and he isn't absorbing vitality from princess Zenobia, either." Papa explained. Everyone gasped as papa explained what was happening. "Hold on! My sister was so sick that she went blind. Don't act like that was a lie." Prince Azlan threatened. Princess Zenobia stepped between papa and prince Azlan. "I was quite ill, but I assure you our dear brother was just as worried about me as you were." Zenobia explained.

"Either way, something or someone was doing that to you." Prince Azlan said.

"It's court physician Gustav." I said.

"You're sure of this?" Prince Sauzer asked, walking up to us. He stopped in front of prince Azlan as they looked at each other. "You're as surprised as me. It seems we were lied to. So Gustav was behind this plot from the start." Prince Sauzer said. He was clearly stunned to hear that Gustav was the one behind it all. "Is that a surprise? Because it seems to be that you've been under his influence for quite some time now." Prince Azlan accused.

"Don't take me for a fool. Although if it was Gustav who hurt Zenobia, I'm in no place to talk. I suppose the man tricked me well enough." Prince Sauzer said.

"There's nothing for you to fight over. Satoru and his friends did this so that you could work together. Gustav's the one who hurt me. He's our only enemy." Zenobia said. Prince Sauzer looked at Zenobia before looking at the ground. "That's a good point. Perhaps we could've settled this matter sooner if I had asked you personally, but Carl told me you planned to take over the kingdom." Sauzer explained.

"Carl said that? He's my friend. Why would he..." Azlan started, before realizing what happened. I sighed and shook my head, confused why they didn't just talk this out before. "Actually, he's the one who convinced me you had taken Zeinblood." Aslan said. Sauzer just laughed to himself while I just looked at the two of them. "How pathetic. I trusted him over my own brother and he fooled us both." Sauzer said.

"Where is he now?" Aslan asked.

"Find him! Capture him and make him answer for all his crimes." Barak ordered. As he ordered the adventures who remained after I scared a bunch off, someone started laughing. We looked around for who was laughing before seeing Carl on top of a building. "Oh what a pity, you know I was really looking forward to watching you two idiots tear each other limb from limb." Carl said.
