Y/n's POV

The next day Kumara and I started walking around and checking on things in town while papa and the others were handling the meetings that were popping up worse than before. Papa was taking most of the issues on while just updating me from time to time about what was happening. Papa even mentioned that they were eventually going to have a festival which he wanted to hold. We even learned that Falmuth ended up signing a peace treaty with our nation, forcing them to recognize us as a real nation. Mama eventually came back with uncle Benimaru and Souei, which allowed me to talk to mama about getting some new clothes for Kumara. She happily accepted making Kumara some clothes before wanting to meet her. Kumara and I were walking over to mama's workshop enjoying the sounds of joy that were coming from most of the surrounding people. "Big sis, is your mom really okay with me getting new clothes from her?" Kumara asked.

"Of course! Mama makes the best clothing, and she even helped me make some of my own outfits." I said, smiling as I looked at her. Kumara just nodded as we arrived at mama's workshop. I knocked on the door before hearing mama call for us to enter her workshop. "Hi mama!" I called, seeing her working on something as Kumara and I entered.

"Hi sweetie. Coming by to see me after we finished the war and everything?" Mama asked, stopping her work and looking at me.

"Sorta. I also wanted to talk with you about getting something made for someone." I said.

"Oh? And who's this with you?" Mama asked.

"This is Kumara. She was under the control of Clayman before I rescued her. Kumara will be living with me for the foreseeable future and needs some clothes for her." I explained. Mama looked at Kumara before smiling before waving for her to walk over to her. "Come here for a moment, Kumara." Mama said. Kumara walked over to mama who looked over her before mama smiled and brought her into a hug. "It's nice to meet you, Kumara. I'm glad you could come and live here in Tempest. So clothes, what would you like?" Mama asked, letting Kumara out of the hug. While Kumara and mama were talking about the clothes Kumara needed, I was looking out the window seeing some prisoners showing up. After that, Kumara and I went out to enjoy walking around town and see what new things we could find. A couple days later I was walking around with papa and Shion while they told me about what was going on with Geld. "Lord Rimuru, Lady Y/n." Rigurd said, coming up to us.

"Hey, what's up?" Papa asked.

"The merchants have begun to return with goods. Ever since you've had Fuze, assure people that Tempest is a safe place for any and all creatures. We've had far more visitors than before." Rigurd said.

"That's amazing. I can't wait to see all the new faces around Tempest." I said, smiling.

"For real? That's wonderful news!" Papa said.

"Not only that, but the other nations seem to be behaving after you two were declared demon lords." Rigurd said.

"They may be quiet, but I'm sure they're on their guard." Papa said. I nodded in agreement as Rigurd continued. "Also the empress of the Sorcerous Dynasty of Sarion, Elmesia El Ru Sarion, has said that she will establish diplomatic relations with Tempest." Rigurd said.

"That's probably a hint to start that road built as soon as possible, right papa?" I asked.

"Yeah." Papa agreed.

"According to Fuze, many nations are concerned about your potential alliances. Which could pose a problem. Don't worry about that, though. Everyone's working day and night to try to establish more connections with the other countries." Rigurd said.

"That's good to hear. Guess it would be a good idea to check in with Souei about the roads then. Wanna come with me to check in with Souei, Y/n?" Papa said. I nodded before we headed over to papa's home. When we got there Souei, mama and uncle Benimaru were waiting just outside papa's home. "No hostile monsters were detected along the route. It should be safe to begin construction on the road in that area. After we explained our plan to the locals, they generously gave us permission to build." Souei explained.
