At the agency...
Atsushi: *bursts into the room wearing a tiger costume* HAPPY HALLOWEEN, GUYS!!!!!!!
Kyouka: *wearing a demon costume* Happy Halloween!
Ranpo: *lounging at his desk in a Sherlock Holmes costume* Merry Candy Day!
Atsushi: *laughs*
Dazai: *lounging on the couch, dressed as a mummy*
Atsushi: *walks over* Erm...is that you, Mr. Dazai?
Dazai: *sits up* Indeed it is, young Atsushi. Do ya like my costume?
Atsushi: I love it!
Dazai: Why, thank you. Yours is amazing too.
Atsushi: Thanks!
Kunikida: *sitting at his desk, wearing a vampire costume and working*
Dazai: *walks over and rests his chin on Kunikida's shoulder* Heeeeeyyyy, Kuuuunnnniiiiikkkkiiiiiiiiddaaaaaa.
Kunikida: What is it, Dazai?
Dazai: You need to stop working.
Kunikida: I have a schedule to stick to.
Dazai: Kunikida, learn to live a little.
Kunikida: You're telling me that? It's ironic either way, but you're wearing a mummy costume and saying that?
Dazai: *laughs* Yes.
Kunikida: *glances at Dazai* You should take your own advice.
Dazai: Hmmm...I'll think about it.
Kunikida: Y'know...I really would miss you if you ever died for real.
Dazai: *shocked for a minute and then goes into teasing mode, getting off Kunikida and looking at everyone* Guys...I think Kunikida might be sick. He's being extra nice to me.
Ranpo: *laughs* I know, right? He's never this soft on you. At least not in front of the rest of us.
Atsushi: I mean...it's not always rare.
Kunikida: I am not sick. I'll have you know I do know how to be nice to you.
Dazai: *grins* You're right, you do.
Kunikida: *smiles a little*
Dazai: *smiles back*
Kunikida: I'll just work a little more.
Dazai: Sounds reasonable.
Kunikida: *gets back to work*
Dazai: *hugs Kunikida from behind and watches him work*
Kunikida: *gets flustered but tries to focus*
Yosano: *appears in a butterfly costume* Hello, my dear coworkers.
Atsushi: Hi, Dr. Yosano!
Yosano: Hey, kid.
Kyouka: *looks at Yosano* I love your costume!
Yosano: Thanks! I love yours, too!
Kyouka: Thanks!
Kenji: *walks in, wearing a cow costume* Hi, everyone!
Atsushi: Kenji! I love that costume of yours!
Kenji: Thanks, I love yours too!
Atsushi: *grins*
Kenji: *smiles back*
Junichiro and Naomi: *appear next, wearing an elf and fairy costume*
Kyouka: Naomi, that's an amazing costume!
Yosano: It is!
Naomi: Thanks! Yours are great, too.
Yosano and Kyouka: Thanks!
Fukuzawa: *emerges from his office in a samurai costume* Hello, guys.
Atsushi: Hi, President!
Fukuzawa: *looks around and comes to a decision* Don't worry about working for today. Let's go do something more fun.
Kenji: Wait really?!
Fukuzawa: *nods*
Ranpo: *shoots up* Like trick-or-treating?
Fukuzawa: Precisely.
Ranpo: Yay, you're the best!
Fukuzawa: *smiles*
Kenji and Atsushi: Best boss ever!
Dazai: Yay, no working for today!
Kunikida: You probably didn't work in the first place today, did you?
Dazai: Erm...that's besides the point.
Kunikida: *smiles fondly and shakes his head*
Dazai: *grins* You know me so well.
Kunikida: That I do.
Everyone: *heads out to trick-or-treat*
~Time skip~
Ranpo: *searches through his bag* This isn't enough candy. What an absolute injustice.
Yosano: Ranpo, you have the most out of us all.
Ranpo: But I still need more.
Yosano: *laughs* Alright, fair enough. *gives Ranpo some candy*
Ranpo: Yay! You're the best!
Yosano: *grins* I know.
Ranpo: *grins back*
And so the agency/family enjoyed the rest of their Halloween evening together.
