Faye woke up tied to a metal rod, with two men guarding her only way out.

"How many of you are there?" A woman with straw blonde hair asked.

Faye didn't say anything.

"How many?" The woman demanded.

"Ma'am, I don't think she speaks English. Just like the last one." A nearby guard said.

"No. You were traveling with one of our people, why?"

"Um, Captain Byrne." A boy with brown hair entered and saluted the blonde woman. "Movement in the north." He said.

With an unsatisfied look, the woman got up and walked out.

Faye waited in silence for the woman to return with questions but she didn't. Instead, Clarke dismissed the guards for a moment with a great deal of struggle.

"Captain Byrne needs you at the gate."

"She told us not to leave the prisoner." The guard said.

"Clearly she's not going anywhere." Clarke gestured to the Grounder that was sitting calmly with her hands tied.

The guard left hesitantly and Clarke made her move the free Faye. "What are you doing?" Faye asked.

"Getting you out. We're going to find Finn, but we need your help." Clarke untied her hands and lent her a hat to cover her head and keep her hidden well enough to make it towards the back of camp.

"Hey." Clarke said quietly to her friends who were waiting for her and Faye. "My mom's in surgery and the team going after Kane just left. We should too." Clarke suggested.

"Did you find Octavia?" The boy, Bellamy, asked Raven.

"No. I found you." A girl with her hair pulled back in Trikru braids and carried a sword walked up to them. "I'm not letting you leave here without me."

"Octavia-"

"Finn and Murphy are headed for Lincoln's village. I've been there. Have you? Has she?" Octavia asked around the group, not seeing Faye who was staying behind Clarke.

"You done?" Clarke passed Bellamy a pack who then passed it to Octavia.

"What's this?"

"Your pack. And for the record, we already have our tour guide." Bellamy gestured to Faye.

Despite Faye being the guide, Octavia took the lead. "Whoa. NOt so fast, Pocahontas." Raven stopped her. Raven touched the wires with the edge of her cane and sparks jumped out at them.

"I thought you said it was handled." Clarke asked Raven.

"It is. Shut her down, Wick." THe next time Raven touched the wire nothing happened. "Handled."

They all crouched under the wires and into the woods.

When they made camp for the night, Faye offered to take first watch, but Bellamy refused to get any sleep.

Faye stood away from the others, just barely in the light that the small fire provided.

"I think we've slept long enough. Faye." Octavia called to the Grounder.

Faye separated the logs they used and dropped wet leaves over top the flames.

When the sun finally rose Octavia ran up to Faye. "This doesn't look right." Octavia said. "Are you sure this is the right way?" There was a bit of suspicion in her voice.

"The way Lincoln took you was along the river, this way is quicker." Faye said calmly. "We should pick up our pace." Faye started a light jog and the others quickly followed her lead.

"This is it." Bellamy said when Octavia stopped before an old statue. "Which way to the village?" He asked Faye. "O?"

"The Reapers came from there. I couldn't save him, Bell." Octavia turned to her brother with tears in her eyes and a crack in her voice.

"The Reapers took Lincoln?" Faye asked.

"I couldn't save him." From over Bellamy's shoulder, Octavia reached for Faye's hand to hold and Faye let her take it.

While they continued running through the forest towards the direction of the village, gunshots were heard from the same direction.

Faye moved towards the front of the group and advanced towards the village of her people. Even when she had reached the edge of the trees, Faye didn't stop until she was in the middle.

The Grounders were all contained until Nyko jumped out, only to drop down next to a boy lying on the ground.

"Faye?" Nyko asked. "Where have you-" He stopped only to watch her walk closer. "I'm sorry. Your brother he..."

"Artigas?" Faye knelt next to the body Nyko was still holding. He'd grown up so much since Faye left, and now his lifeless body was held in front of her.

Octavia ran over to her side.

"He was just a boy." Faye whispered through her tears. Faye held his face in her hands. He was dead, never knowing his sister was alive all the years he thought he lost her to the ways of his own people.

Faye looked away to see Finn holding a gun, everyone of his friends staring at him. He murdered her brother. A boy she thought she could trust, someone he seemed as though they wanted peace.

How foolish Faye was to think anyone who carried a weapon could want peace.
