"Hey." Clarke and Faye found Raven heading towards the cells.
"They're going for Russell." Raven told them. Faye saw the Children of Gabriel and the Faithful crowding around Russell's cell.
"Let's move him to the palace where we can protect him." Faye suggested when they found Indra.
"We said the palace was off limits." Clarke reminded her.
"Every battle plan is perfect till the first shot is fired." Indra said, stilling supporting Faye, even without the Flame.
"And the Children of Gabriel?" Raven asked.
"They'll be unhappy. It's either this, or we execute him now and be done with it." Indra said.
"Hey, thanks for your help." Clarke stopped walking and turned to Jordan.
"He wants to be killed. That's all I told them." Jordan explained simply.
"Then let's give him what he wants. Death to Primes!" Nelson shouted, getting all his people to cheer with him.
"We have to do this now." Indra told the others. "Back them up, and form yourselves." She ordered Wonkru as Faye made her way inside with Miller.
"We're moving you someplace safe." Clarke said.
"Why are you protecting the man who killed your mother?" Russell asked while Miller loosened his chains.
"Excellent question." Indra commented.
"If I could kill you for what you did, I wouldn't hesitate." Russell said.
"Get him out of here."
Indra led the way with her gun while Miller stayed behind and held the chains, making sure no one attacked Russell from behind.
"There he is!" Nelson yelled.
Everyone was yelling from both sides, but Wonkru didn't let anyone pass as they led Russell through the streets.
The crowd got thicker the closer they got to the palace.
Jordan went ahead, trying to calm everyone down but the faithful didn't listen and he was only standing in the way of Wonkru.
"Get out of the way. We're moving him to the palace for his own safety." Faye told the faithful.
The Children of Gabriel were closing in from behind.
When Faye reached for Clarke's gun, she heard a loud bang. Clarke looked at Faye, but she had only just gotten hold of the gun.
"Have we learned nothing? Huh?" John demanded, followed by Emori and a guard.
"Let them pass!" Emori said, pretending to be Kaylee. "We can trust Wonkru." She told the faithful. "After all... we are one."
"We are one." Trey repeated. Soon the faithful let Wonkru pass and they did not hesitate to rush to the palace.
"We are one?" John asked.
"It's from Kaylee's journal." Emori said, holding the book. "Her slogan when she stopped oblation."
"You are so hot right now." John said in her ear.
"Sister." Emori reminded him of their roles.
"My idea." Raven said proudly, acknowledging that the couple were now acting like Primes to help keep the peace.
"Good one." Clarke said. "Of course, now the Children of Gabriel want them dead."
"The lengths some people will go to live in a castle." Miller said with disdain.
