The door to the throne room opened, letting Kane and Octavia in.

"Forgive the intrusion, Commander. May we have a word..." Kane asked. "Privately?" Kane asked.

"You may wait like the other ambassadors." Gaia said.

"Gaia?" Faye looked at her. "We talked about this." Faye reminded her softly.

"Right. Of course. Reading the room." She bowed her head and left with the guards.

When the door closed, Kane stepped forward. "We were right to be concerned about Trishanakru. Rafel is gonna challenge you for control."

"Bold move for a new ambassador. So? Let him come." Faye shrugged, standing from the throne.

"With respect, the odds aren't in your favor."

"The law says you can pick someone to fight in your place." Octavia spoke up, stepping forward.

"No. The clans would never follow a leader who hides behind the law. Besides, he wants to fight me."

"We should cancel the gathering or delay until you have more allies." Kane suggested.

"No. Letting the ambassadors have a voice keeps the peace here. Trikru holds the city through me alone, I can't keep all clans at bay forever. If they unite against us, we could lose, and if we lose—" Faye explained.

"They come for Skaikru." Octavia finished.

"And the radiation comes for us all." Faye added.

"No one has to die." Kane said. "The point of our arrangement is to give us time to find a solution to save everyone."

"And how is that solution coming?" Faye questioned.

"We're working on it. In the meantime, I'm here to keep you in power. Let me talk to the ambassadors." Kane said, talking his way through the debate.

"Go ahead. Talk...but..." Faye said as Kane started to leave. "If you fail, I'll have no choice but to fight."

"Raven says we can get it sealed up in a month." Bellamy said after explaining the plan to Nathan and Bryan. "The Ark is our Ark."

"I get it." Miller said. "Okay, so freeze-dried meat until we can grow our own food. We got oxygen scrubbers, but how do we store enough water for 500 people?" He asked.

"We don't." Bellamy said. "That's why we're heading to Farm Station." He told them.

"Why the hell would we do that?" Miller asked after looking at Bryan. "It's in the damn Ice Nation."

"You just said it." Bryan said, sitting up on the bed. "We need a hydro-generator, and Farm Station has one for the crops." He stood up.

"Think you can get us there?" Bellamy asked, noticing the long wound on his back.

"No way. Find another machine." Miller demanded.

"Look. There are no others, and without it, we won't last a year inside this ship, let alone 5." Bellamy explained.

"Fine. I'm in. Bryan stays here. His leg's still healing." Bryan stopped what he was doing.

"I'm in, too." He said.

Miller huffed and looked away in frustration.

"Good. We roll in an hour." Bellamy left.

He went to his room, finding his radio.

"Faye?" He was hoping she would have found the radio he left for her but there was no answer.

He left. He should have known she'd be too busy, she was keeping everyone together so they could save the world.

"Commander, your loyal ambassadors." A guard opened the door and let the ambassadors fill the room and take their seats.

Fay's saw Kane making his way towards her on the throne. "Faye, please, it's not too late to cancel." He pleaded.

"You failed. We do this my way. Soulou gonplei. Take your seat, ambassador." Faye said, dryly dismissing Marcus before the others.

Faye looked around the room, only to notice an empty seat.

"Where is Rafel kom Trishanakru?" She asked.

The doors opened and Gaia walked in. She walked up to Faye and whispered the news of his death in her ear.

Fay's rose. "The ambassador was found dead this morning." She gestured lightly to his seat. "His heart stopped."

When Faye bowed her head, all the ambassadors followed her action.

"May the spirit of the Commander's...guide him safely home. Let us begin." Faye started the meeting and sat on the throne.

Faye began what was turning out to be a long day.

"Heda!" A man yelled, bursting through the doors. "Heda! Visitors from Floukru." The guard said urgently.

A man rushed in, carrying a woman in his arms. "Please, Commander." The man begged. He lifted his head to reveal to everyone the boils on his face.

Everyone gasped as Faye shot to her feet.

"Heda!" Gaia warned as Faye ran to their aid.

After examining their illness, Fay's made an announcement. "Take them to Arkadia. They need Skaikru medicine." Faye ordered.

Gaia grabbed her arm, pulling Faye away from the sick people.

Faye remembered how the mountain men looked when they stepped into the woods and were exposed to radiation.

"I need to go to Arkadia."
