Bellamy opened his eyes and saw the room lit up by the sun, which had already risen. He rolled over and saw Faye braiding her hair.

Through the mirror, she looked over and smile at him. "Morning." She turned to face him. "Did you sleep any?" She asked, sitting on the bed.

"No. Did you?" He asked. I stayed up all night worrying about Faye. "You were screaming and crying in your sleep."

Gaia had warned him not to wake her because she was with the Commander's but Bellamy still stayed up with her.

"Just images. Memories." Faye shook her head.

She went to get up but stopped when Bellamy sat up and placed his hand on her shoulder. "Who is Sheidheda?" He asked.

Faye froze.

"Malachi kom Sangedakru. They called him the Dark Commander after he killed his Fleimkepas. He makes Octavia look like a saint." Faye said.

"Gaia told me she needed to see you at the ship." Bellamy said. After being forced to listen to Gaia rant and pace all night, he didn't want to get on her nerves.

"Why?" Faye asked. She suddenly realized that the person who knew the most about the Flame would be the person Bellamy went to. "You told her." Faye stood.

"I didn't know what to do. And I was right to tell her. How long have you had these nightmares?" Bellamy asked.

"Not long." Faye shook her head.

"Why is it such a big deal?" He asked, wondering why it stressed her that he had told Gaia.

"It doesn't matter, but I don't need Gaia." Faye grabbed her jacket and stormed out of the room.

She ran into Rich as they both left their rooms. But Faye remembered that Rich's room was on the other side of the tavern.

"Is that Echo's room?" Faye asked. "What we're you doing in there?"

"Nothing." Rich shook his head and walked away.

As he got down the stairs, Echo walked out. "Faye." Her eyes went wide when she saw the Commander. "Did you need something?" She asked, pushing her hair behind her shoulders.

"Nothing." Faye shook her head and walked down the stairs.

When she went downstairs, she saw two men carrying a cake away.

"What's going on?" Faye asked, seeing Clarke.

"I think it's some sort of celebration." Clarke said.

"What's going on"! It's Naming Day." Delilah's father said and showed them a tray of cookies. "And you're the guests of honor."

Faye took one of the cookies that were offered and took a small bite.

"Ha ha ha! I know." Jae said when he saw her face light up. "A good cookie can change your life."

"There she is! Here's Delilah!" Everyone applauded as Jordan escorted Delilah down the steps. Delilah accepted all the complaints with an awkward smile.

"My Heroes." Delilah hugged Clarke and smiled at Faye, who was taking a second cookie.

"How are you feeling?" Clarke asked.

"I feel great."

"I'll be the judge if that." Cillain said. "This way. Let's have a look at you. You, too." He looked at Clarke and Faye. "Let's go." He waved them over.

"Here." Faye tossed her uneaten cookie to Jordan to hold onto while she was being checked by the doctor.

"Last question: What do you remember from when you were paralyzed?" Cillian asked Delilah.

"Only everything."

"Well, don't worry. After tonight, It'll be like it never happened at all. You're good."

"Thank you." Delilah walked off.

"Now for you two."

"I told you, we're fine." Clarke said.

"Well, I told your mother I'd make sure if that. Damn. I'm good. She's fairly intense—your mother. I granted her access to our medical library, and I'm told she asked for a bed to be brought in. You best keep these covered...unless you want people to worship you."

"Yeah. That would suck." Clarke said and looked up at the doctor.

When he turned his back, Faye made a gagging face at Clarke, disgusted by their attempts at flirting.

"Are you two sisters?" Cillian asked, lifting Faye's bandage.

"No." Faye shook her head.

"Okay." Cillian grabbed his bag and cookie. "I hope I see you later." He looked at Clarke.

"That was frustrating to watch." Faye commented as Clarke watched the doctor leave.

"Now you know how I felt for months watching you and Bellamy." Clarke said and watched Faye's head shoot up.

"No, you didn't." She shook her head.

"Everybody did."

"Whatever. He's cute." Faye smiled and nudged her with her own elbow.

"Stop."

"So is this what it'll be like from now on?" Faye asked and folded her arms.

"Why not?" Clarke asked. "I think we deserve a fresh start, don't you?"

"Does that mean I can go to school?" Madi asked, walking up to them as she listened to their conversation.

"No, Madi." Faye shook her head.

"Faye." Madi groaned.

"Hey, we've talked about this." Clarke said, backing Faye up.

"What do you think's gonna happen? No one's gonna find out I'm a Nightblood."

"Quiet." Faye hissed. "Madi, our answer is no."

Madi huffed and walked away.

"Oh. Gaia's waiting for you at the ship with Miller and Jackson." Clarke said, realizing Faye had been mentioned between the two earlier that morning. "She told me about Sheidheda. You know you can step down, right? Take out the Flame? No one would blame you."

"I would. And I don't need Gaia's help. I did fine on my own for 6 years."

Faye thought she had completed the ritual after everyone had gone into the bunker, but she was finding that to be wrong. She knew what to do, and she didn't need Gaia.

"Murphy and Emori?" Bellamy asked when he got downstairs.

"Went to guard the ship with the others." Jordan said.

"Murphy missing a chance to act like a drunken fool?" Echo asked. "Now I'm worried."

"He'll be fine." Raven said. "Maybe the rest of us should go there, too." She suggested.

"What? No. I need this." Jordan said.

"We're guests if the Primes. If we isolate ourselves on the ship, they may take offense." Clarke said.

"Jordan?" Delilah said. "Guys, come on."

"I'll be at the bar." Raven said.

Faye looked at Bellamy and he quickly walked away. She quickly realized she screwed up again. They hadn't talked about him leaving Octavia and she refused to talk about the nightmares.

Faye caught up with the others and Jordan watched her.

"Delilah said Naming Day is about making amends." He mentioned when he saw her looking at Bellamy. "Trust me, after hearing all the stories, I know you guys will work it out." He said with enthusiasm.

Faye wasn't so optimistic that day, but she wanted to believe him.

Making amends on Naming Day and starting over with a new home.
