"All right. Let's load up." Bellamy said, letting everyone know to finish their good-byes.

"Right behind you." Clarke said to Faye as she stopped to talk to her mom.

Faye felt bitter sweet about not having to say any good-byes. Everyone she cared about besides Madi, was going to the ground. Another strange feeling, a Grounder, who spent over a century in space, returning to the ground.

"The Commander's emblem." Echo looked at the small symbol that Faye had put on a chain and now wore around her neck.

"I'm still the Commander." Faye pointed out.

Everyone buckled into the ship.

"We're below the ionosphere, and I still don't have any instruments." Shaw said. "There must be something else. Hang on."

"Is there anything I can do?" Emori asked.

"Yeah. Pray." Once they got through the clouds, and Shaw could navigate with sight, he turned to face the others. "Boys and girls, meet Planet Alpha."

Shaw landed them in a valley below the mountains.

"Please be breathable. Please be breathable. Please be breathable. Breathable air--Check." Jackson said as the door opened.

"Radiation levels good, too." Emori said. "Eligius three didn't need to send Nightbloods, after all." She looked at Faye and Clarke.

"How about that beacon, Shaw?" Bellamy asked.

"8 clicks due east. I think it's on high ground. There's a water source about halfway." Shaw told him, looking at his screen.

"You should go first this time." Clarke looked at Bellamy.

"No. We go together, all of us." Bellamy said. He grabbed Faye's hand as the group went down the ramp together.

"Anyone got anything better than "We're back, bitches"?" Miller asked.

"Monty would know what to say." Murphy said. "He should be here."

They all looked around at the green plants. The air smelled like Earth, home.

"He is."

"Watch your backs. Locking it up." Miller said.

"He already said it--"Do better there"--So let's do better." Clarke said.

"That's easy to say, but talk is cheap." Shaw said.

"He'll come around. They all will." Faye assured Clarke, placing her hand on her shoulder.

"Don't fall behind you two." Bellamy called back to them as the group began to explore the new home.

It seemed like they had been walking forever until they found a river.

"Looks like we found the water source." Bellamy said. "Whoa. Now, that's a view."

Over the skyline and through the clouds, they could clearly see a planet with thin rings around it. It was huge. On the other side of the mountain, a red sun peaked through the clouds, just passing over the yellow sun.

Things Faye never would have thought possible, and she was seeing them up close.

"We camp here."

"Looks like the suns are eclipsing." Clarke said.

Murphy dropped his pack and gun and began to take off his jacket.

"Murphy--Murphy, wait." Jackson warned. They had no idea if the water was safe. Faye heard the story of Octavia getting attacked by a snake when they had just landed on Earth the first time. "We haven't tested it."
