"It's been an hour since we passed the airplane wreckage." Jasper said, looking at the map in Lincoln's book. "Seeing as we're using a map without any distances, it could be days before we reach Luna's village."

"At least we know we're going the right direction." Bellamy said.

"We're running out of daylight. We should stop in the sun and recharge the battery." Jasper said.

"What sun?" Clarke asked, looking at the rainy sky through the back door.

"We keep going until it dies." Faye said from the passenger seat.

"We keep going until we get to Luna." Octavia corrected.

"This her?" Jasper asked Octavia.

"Yes."

"What do you think she's gonna say when we show up asking to put an AI in her head?" Jasper asked.

"Lincoln said she helps those that are in trouble. She'll help us too."

"Besides, to her it's not an AI. To her it's important. And once we tell her everything, our chances are much better than giving it to anyone else." Faye said.

Bellamy slammed on the brakes and the entire rover pitched forward.

"You think she can help us find a better map?" Jasper said sarcastically.

"Backtrack. Find somewhere where the trees aren't so bad." Bellamy said. Barely before he could finish, Octavia jumped out of the back and continued forward.

"Guess we're going on foot." Clarke and Jasper followed her out the back.

"Anyone hear the part where I said it could be days?" Jasper yelled, watching the others follow Octavia as she ran through the woods.

"Stop." Octavia held up her hand. "You hear that?" Octavia told them, looking back with a small smile.

"Water." Faye said, her and Octavia ran towards the sound.

"Eyes sharp, they could be hostile." Bellamy told the three girls.

"They're not hostile. Put the guns down!" Octavia told him.

They ran, following the river until they got to a foggy beach.

"Where's the village?" Jasper asked.

Octavia looked in the book. "No." She said, pointing to the paper and looking up. "No, it can't be." She ran towards a small piece of land that had dozens of stones stacked up into different totems.

"It isn't a village. It's just a bunch of rocks." Jasper said, stating the obvious.

"She's gone."

"No." Faye looked out at the sea. "She has to be here." She insisted.

"What do we do now?" Jasper asked.

While they all looked at each other, Octavia sat on the rocks. She let out a painful scream, letting the ocean collect her loss and hope.

Bellamy collected wood while Octavia and Jasper tried to start a fire. Clarke and Faye sat together in silence.

"It'll be dark soon." Clarke stood up. "We need to talk about what we're gonna do."

"We wait until first light," Octavia said, "and then split up and search the shore in both directions." She started rubbing the sticks together faster until the smallest amount of smoke appeared.

"Nice." Jasper said when she started blowing the smoke.

"Yes." Octavia picked up the small shaving and carried it to the pile of wood.

"I agree. Lincoln wouldn't put this spot on the map unless it was important." He reached down for the book but Octavia shoved his hand away.

"Don't touch that!" She demanded, taking the book.

Clarke and Faye joined Jasper on the other side of the fire while Bellamy tried to talk to his sister.

"Come on, O. How long?" He asked her.

"I don't know." Octavia said, adding more wood to the fire. "I can't even look at you. Because every time I do, I see Pike putting that gun to Lincoln's head. I hear the gunshot. I see him fall."

"I didn't kill Lincoln." Bellamy told her.

"No, but he is dead because of you." Octavia stood up.

"I came to you. You didn't take my help. If you had just trusted me, I..." Bellamy gave up when his sister sat back down. He walked away, heading away from the group.

Faye stood up, considering following him until Jasper threw something into the fire that made it light up green.

"What did you just do?" Octavia demanded.

"Nothing I just threw these into the fire."

Octavia's face went slack.

"What is it?" Clarke asked.

Octavia picked up the book, looking for a specific page. She pulled out a small twig with tiny green needles. She threw it in the fire and they got the same reaction. "Signal fire. He was trying to tell us. This is how we contact Luna." Octavia told them.

Jasper threw the last bit in the fire. "I'll get more."

Faye watched Bellamy, still walking away. She felt Clarke's hand on her shoulder, pulling her attention.

"Hey, let's go look for food." She suggested.

Faye nodded, agreeing to go with her.
