WARNING: Hey, so there's some slightly sexual content in here. Nothing ever goes explicit!!! These are teenagers, and writing that with teens aka minors is gross. However, it would be ignorant to ignore that some teenagers do things in that nature. There's conversations to be had about teens feeling insecure about the whole process, and as this story progresses, I want it to be as realistic to high school as possible.  I don't know. I'm always hesitant to update chapters with questionable topics and scenes. I hope y'all don't hate me oof. I tried to be as respectful as possible.

Also, don't ask me why I decided to update on a random Sunday right before Thanksgiving. I don't have an answer for you. Inspiration strikes at random times I guess. Regardless, I hope you enjoy. My fanfic will never have full explicit content in it so do not worry. However, this does move the plot forward. And my oh my are you in for a treat. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride.

((Alex's POV))

"HEY!" I snapped, turning around in my desk chair.

I ripped my headphones out of my ear to see Aaron laughing at me. He was sitting in his bed. He had been trying to get my attention. He had resorted to throwing his pencil at me.

"Meg texted me since you didn't answer your phone. She said her, Lani, and Sam are going for pizza. She says, and I quote, famished, after studying all day. She knows we live close by."

"I can't," I said, looking at the time. "I meet Sky for a movie date in an hour."

"Can't you guys just cancel it and hang with us?" he asked.

"Her mom isn't going to be home," I said.

"Or Crow?" he questioned.

"Nope. He's hanging out with Henry, Thatcher, and a girl named Scarlet," I said.

"Oh, I see," Aaron said, standing up from his bed. "I get it, but I'm your brother so I don't want to know."

"Know what?"

"What you just implied," he said. "You and Sky. Alone. No adult around or anyone else."

"WHAT?! NO NO NO!" I said, feeling myself grow hot. "It's nowhere near like that!"

"Then why did you point out that no one was home?" he asked. "Look, I'm not being judgmental. We're teenagers with raging hormones. It sucks that we share a room, so it makes sense that her house would be the option for you guys. I get it."

"No no no, we don't do that," I said, feeling hotter by the second.

"What, have sex?" he said. Like it was nothing.

"YEAH!" I snapped a little too loudly.

"First off, you're acting like sex is a bad word. It's not. Second off, I wouldn't judge if you two were active. She's your girlfriend. I know we're still young, but we're not stupid and know how to be safe. I think we all need to stop pushing this notion that sex is a bad thing. Sure, some of us really don't want to have it. That's normal too. Everything is normal. I just know you and know that you would want that with her. That's all. If I judged wrong I apologize," Aaron said seriously.

I stopped to think about it. I'd never actually really thought about taking it to that level. Sure, I really loved Sky. She was great and always would be. Did she want to take it to that level? If so, how long has she wanted to?

"Yeah but we're too young. Others in the group aren't doing that," I added, my voice barely there.

"Sorry. I didn't mean to get involved in your relationship," he said, sighing with grabbing his bag. "But you're not alone. Maybe talk to Sam about it. I know you trust him with this conversation more."
