The remaining week had gone by rather quickly. Jude had been busy with training, and I had been busy with school since I had three exams coming up next week, starting with English tomorrow on Monday. Although I could say that I didn't really need to study for that.

Closing the door of the fridge, I made my way back to my room with a Kinder Pingui in my hand. They were my favorite snack, I swear I could eat a dozen of them at once.

I was currently blasting Tory Lanez to tune out the yelling of my older brother; he was playing fifa as usual.

Lounging on my bed in my favorite track pants and a sweatshirt, I scrolled through instagram while occasionally taking a bite of my Kinder Pingui.

My screen suddenly went black— a incoming call from Emma. I accepted it and put her on speaker.

"Hey Ems, what's up?" I asked, my mouth full of the sweet I had taken a bite from previously cashing me to mumble.

"Guess what!" She shrieked, making me hold my phone further away from me.

"Hmm, give me a hint."

"Our favorite couple."

"They broke up??" I guessed, Emma making a affirmative noise , making me gasp and almost choke on the remaining food in my mouth, leaving me coughing hysterically.

"Shit , what!"

"Uh-huh. I finna have a field day at school." She stated proudly, referring to the fact that she now had the green light to finally hit on the guy.

"That shit's gonna be so fucking interesting. She's gonna come for you."

"Yeah because she's insecure as fuck. I mean, I never made a move on him and she still talked shit about me being a hoe for no reason." Emma recalled past drama into our memories, making me laugh.

"That was so pathetic, everyone knew her ass was lying."

"Right?!" Emma joined into my laughter. "What about you? How's it going with Jude?"

"We're good. I said I'd go to his game on Friday, are you gonna come too?" I asked her, getting up to throw the wrapping into my trash can.

"Is that even a question?" Emma replied. "Only if I'm not....disturbing something. I don't wanna third wheel."

"Huh-" I started, but was interrupted by a incoming call from the man himself. "Speaking of the devil, he's calling. Talk to you tomorrow, alright?"

"I see how it is, you backstabber." Emma chuckled before I hung up on her to answer Jude's call.

"Hello?"

"Hi Tia, I'm waiting in the car in front of your house." He said casually, my face lighting up in shock.

"You're what?"

"You heard me. Are you coming out?" He laughed, making me sigh with my face in my hands.

"I can't believe you. Wait." I muttered, hanging up before he could make a cheeky comment on how I was so easy to convince.
