"You can pick your tickets up at the box office. Just tell them your name, they should know then." Jude's voice spoke through the phone speaker. There was a lot of background noises, he seemed to already be in the stadium.
"Alright, thank you. Will I see you?" I questioned quietly, I didn't want people to hear our conversation as the train was once again filled to the brim and I had people standing at every angle of my body.
"Hmm, I don't know." I could tell he was smiling on the other end of the line. He thought he was so funny. "I have a lot of fans to take care of, you know."
"You ain't funny, Jude." I smiled, but he didn't have to know that. "Maybe you don't deserve being cheered on by me..."
"I'll come by your seats after, I promise."
I chuckled, I knew I got him after that."You better. Good luck, shoot a goal or two for me, alright?" I hummed, making him chuckle.
"I will. Have fun, see you then."
"See ya." I ended the call, Emma's head turning to look at me when I did. She looked at me questioningly, awaiting me to say something.
"He's coming by after."
"Great, I gotta meet the guy." She replied, slinging a arm around my shoulder.
"Acting like my mom and shit." I joked, making her frown.
Emma and I had been best friends since kindergarten, she was almost like a sister to me since I only had two brothers. We did everything together, so I could only think of her when Jude offered to bring a plus one.
"I just wanna make sure he's boyfriend material." She stated, tucking a few strands of her brown hair behind her ears.
"I hate taking the U, did I tell you that?" She scrunched her face in disgust as she shuffled closer to me, away from a middle aged man's armpit she was almost standing underneath as he was holding himself up.
"Just another month and I can drive us." I winked, Emma whining that it still was too long but I had already stopped listening, zoning out for the rest of the train ride.
I didn't know how much time had passed, but the train eventually reached it's destination. The crowd of Borussia fans streamed out through the doors, including me and Emma.
I had even stolen dads black and yellow scarf, it being slung around my neck. It was cold anyways, and I didn't want to attend the game without proper attire. Emma wore a scarf too.
"Come on." I took Emma by the hand, guiding us to the box office at the main entrance. It was most likely that Jude had deposed our tickets there.
"Hi, I wanted to pick up my tickets?" My statement came out as a question because I was unsure of how to ask for them.
"Sure, what's your name?" The lady behind the glass asked me before I gave her my name. She searched through a small drawer for a minute before handing me a envelope addressed to me. "There you go, your seats are in the west block, have a nice evening!"
I thanked her and we made our way through security check and up the stands. We found ourselves in front of the VIP section, confusion written into both of our faces when they actually let us in.
"He doesn't play around, that Jude." Emma commented from beside me as we went to look for our seats. It seemed like this section was mostly occupied by the players families, so two teenagers kind of sticked out.
