Terzo's time has come. Secundo's death was coming. Terzo's plan to revive him will work. Primo is back now. It was nice having all of the brothers in the church for a while. The kids loved their uncles dearly and when Secundo left they were all teenagers. Now they are adults, and about to tour. You finally sat down with them and Terzo to explain what was happening,

"Okay. Loves you need to listen to your father and I and you need to remember it forever." Your eyes nervously made eye contact with each one of your children through their new masks. All eight of them sat around the table. Sodo, Aether, Swiss, and Mountain to you and Terzo's left. Sunshine, Cumulus, Cirrus, and Rain to the right. Terzo and you sat at the head of the table. He held your hand and stroked the back of it with his thumb, "You all know that Uncle Secundo had to leave." they nod, "He left to go on tour." Their heads titled in unison, Terzo and you let out an exasperated laugh at their synchronization, "Mama." Rain spoke up, "What is a tour?" You respond, "A tour is when a band, like you guys, travel the world playing music, like the songs you have learned." They all nod in understanding,

"Now." Terzo started, "We, as in all of us including me, are going to be on tour next." The ghouls looked around excitedly, "However, Uncle Secundo will be killed, then we will be called upon to perform." Although you couldn't see their eyes, you knew they were all scared and confused. Knowing Terzo did not have the ability to accurately explain this to children you took back over, "When a Papa goes on tour, they are expected to bring in a certain amount of interest to the church. Awards, money, more members, anything to spread the church's message are what the Clergy cares for. If a Papa cannot deliver they get killed. Remember how Uncle Primo wasn't here for a while?" They all nod somberly, "But..mama, Primo is alive?" Aether said confused, "Yes my son. You are correct." You continue to explain, "There is a way for them to come back to life." They all sighed in relief, you instinctively squeezed Terzo's hand to restrict your emotions, he looks over with a raised eyebrow, you nod to relieve him of the question of your current state,

"But listen," They perk up, "Usually, the death happens backstage, after the last show or back at the ministry. We are trying-" A sob sneaks out, "I..." You start crying. Terzo moves his arm around you, you lean onto his shoulder, hiding your crying face from your children, "Your mother is trying to say that, I will die. That is for certain. When, how, where, or why is still up for question. Mi caras. If I do die and cannot be received, you will go on to be Copia's children. He will become your father." Protests from the ghouls and ghoulettes were immediately shouted, "No." Sodo yelled, "How can that be YOU raised us?" Swiss asked, "But Papa can come back right? Right?" Sunshine begged, "No...no it can't be" Cumulus started crying.

You sit up, wipe your tears and raise your hand to silence them, everyone sat back down and obeyed, "We are trying to stop that from happening. I will still be your mother, that will never change. Copia is next in line to be Papa after your father, since he is not already a Papa by blood he cannot have his own ghouls like we did." Understanding eyes stared down at the table in shame of their sudden outburst, "Your father phrased what he meant to say poorly, he will always be your father, you just may not tour with him once he dies." Eyes were back on you, "For the next few weeks you will practice more and more for the tour. You will be the best group of ghouls this church has ever seen. I have raised you and prepared you for this. Your father has done the same. You will succeed. I love you all." With that you and Terzo stood and walked out of the room, leaving your kids to do their daily tasks.

Once the doors closed you immediately broke down into Terzo's arms. You felt shame, anger, and sadness at having to explain to your kids their father's demise, "Mi cara, please. Do not cry, you know we have a plan, you know it works" Terzo said trying to console you. When you started to wheeze and cough uncontrollably, Terzo picked you up and carried you to your shared room. You were never inclined to have anxiety attacks, but as the time neared for your husband and children to travel the world, they were frequent.
