I was sitting on the couch watching TV while Jack was on his phone. Typical. He wasn't paying any attention to me and it's really starting to make me mad. Is he serious right now?

"Why are you always on your phone?" I blurt out.

He looked at me as if I had lost my mind. "Um, excuse me?" he scoffed.

"I said, why are you always on your phone?" I repeated speaking up a bit so he could hear me more clearly. "You are constantly on your phone 24/7. Why is that?"

He shrugged. "Because I am and 'cause I can be. Why are you always in my business?"

"This is my first time that I have ever been in your business and I have a right to know," I scoffed. "You don't even talk to me anymore, Jack. When we're not busy arguing, you're on your damn phone. I'm tired of it."

He scoffed. "No you don't!" he yelled. "You don't have a right to know what I am doing on my phone. It's none of your business, Cher."

"Why are you making such a huge deal out of this?" I sighed. "It's not that serious, Jack. I don't get why you're making a big deal out of this, all I did was ask why you're on your phone so much. Are you hiding something from me? Is that what it is?"

He shook his head. "What? No. I just, I don't know. My accounts have been really active lately and I'm just looking through my notifications, that's it."

"Wait, so you haven't been spending time with me because you're checking notifications?" I yelled. "Are you fucking kidding me? You ditch me to check your little notifications that aren't important? Wow, okay. Are there girls that are in your mentions?"

He sighed and walked over to where I was now standing. "No, baby," he said cupping my face in his hands. "None of them are girls. I'm sorry, I didn't know you were affected by this. I promise you that we can hang out today."

He kissed my lips and powered off his phone. "See, today is our day. I won't be on my phone, I promise. In fact, I will even leave it at home because I love you and I want us to have a good day without me being on my phone."
