I decide to wear a light yellow dress with a long golden necklace. I believe that no matter what we are going to do, this dress will suit everything. Well maybe not if we are going to do sports, but I hope we're not. I'm definitely not the most athletic person even though my brother's a professional football player.

But when I step outside of the building our airbnb is located in, no one is waiting for me. I don't believe he bailed on me, but it still somehow makes me worried. I don't want to end up having to go back upstairs making a total fool of myself.

As I'm considering how to pretend that I don't mind if he bailed on me to Evelynn, I see a green Mini Cooper pull up to the side of the street.

"Hola chiqui, jump in and let's go!" Pedri pushes the passenger's door open and shouts at me .

My brain takes a good two seconds to process what's happening in front of my eyes. A guy whom I met last night and had a great time with is here, in front of me, asking me to get into his car. And the most shocking thing is the freaking car. He drives a dark green Mini Cooper. I expected him to have an Audi, BMW or anything other than Mini Cooper.

"Come on, the car is not going to eat you, just get in," he laughs at my amusement.

We drive for a good while until he pulls up to a spot on a cliff overlooking the sea. No one else seems to be here, so I'm starting to get a bit suspicious.

"So is this where you take all your girls to murder them? I mean it's easy to get rid of the body at least, I'll give you that," I say looking at him nervously.

"Only the pretty ones like you," he says and gives me one of his signature lazy smiles.

He looks at me in the eyes and leans over the console to give me a light kiss on the lips. This of course does not affect me in any way. Nope, definitely not.

We get out of the car and he takes a mysterious bag from the back seat that I didn't notice before. The bag looks definitely big enough to hide an axe, but too small to hide my body. So maybe I have some hope.

We walk to the cliff and he takes a blanket from the bag and sets it on the ground. It looks like we're going to have a picnic here. This becomes clear when he also takes out some empanadas, sweets, churros and what I assume is lemonade.

Never have I ever been on a date with a guy who puts so much effort and is so thoughtful. Maybe I just date the wrong guys?
