I find my handsome devil in the lobby with some of his teammates, all laughing and all soaking wet. I follow them as they walk to the elevators to get a lift to their room. "I can't wait to see Ansu doing all of our laundry," one of the players, who I don't recognise, says. Pedri doesn't notice me until we're all packed in the same elevator and he's pushed beside me. We're both in the back of the elevator and all the others are packed in front of us.The others look at me and at least they try to not make it obvious that they're talking about me while I'm just a few inches apart from them. As I said, boys love to gossip. "¡Ay que linda chica! Pedri y Gavi, no tenéis novias, verdad?" One of the players asks and nods towards me. I have to bite my tongue to not let them know that I speak Spanish and not to tell them that yes, they both actually have girlfriends. Well I think Gavi and Evelynn are pretty much dating. Me and Pedri, not so much, but still.
"What are you doing here chiqui?" Pedri whispers to my ear when all the others are talking about going to Ansu's room to see him suffer. Pedri starts moving his hand up and down the back of my arm and goosebumps roam my skin.
"I saw your little show and wanted to witness it with my own two eyes from a different perspective," I whisper, pretending that I'm not here to steal him away. He just gives me a wicked smile as an answer.
When the others are getting out of the elevator on the eighth floor, Pedri stops me and pushes the ninth floor's button.
"Ay Pedri, you're not coming?" One of the players asks him and his eyes keep going from me to him.
"No, tengo otras planes," He responds and smirks at them as the doors close. I turn to him when the doors finally close and open my mouth to ask what he is doing. But before I have the chance he pushes me against the wall and gives me a breathtaking kiss. He wraps one of his hands on the back of my neck and pushes his body flush against mine.
"Well hello to you too," I whisper against his lips, earning a lazy smile from him. When we get to the ninth floor, where my room is situated, Pedri steps out of the elevator and takes my hand in his.
"We're going to your room now. You can get your things that you need for the night, but you are sleeping in my bed tonight. Está bien?" He tells me while I just stare at him. I usually don't like people ordering me around, but this I don't mind at all.
"Are you sure it's okay? You have a game tomorrow and I don't think Gavi likes having me around all the time," I try to argue but he just pulls me to him and gives me a kiss on the lips.
"Stop overthinking, cielito. I play so much better after hanging out with you and Gavi can sleep in his bed or in Ansu's room. He doesn't have a roommate so I don't think he minds having Gavi around," He reassures me and we go to my room.

It only takes me five minutes to gather my stuff and remove my makeup. Pedri basically drags me to his room, again. I'm getting a lot of deja vu lately.
Pedri is still soaking wet as he sits down by his bed and starts taking his shoes off. "You're soaked. Why were you all jumping into the pool with your suits on?" I laugh at his clothes sticking into his skin.
"Oh but I think you enjoy the view, so stop laughing chiqui," he laughs and pulls me to him.
"No, don't even think about it, you're still soaking wet and you smell like a pool!" I giggle as he tackles me to the bed and climbs on top of me.
"Okay then chiqui, then you're coming to take a shower with me," he answers and picks me up on his shoulder like a little kid.
"No Pedri I'm serious, put me down on this second or-" I scream as he walks towards the bathroom.
"Or you'll what? What will you do?" He laughs and finally puts me down when we've reached the bathroom.
I can only stare at him when he starts unbuttoning his shirt. I have no idea how I should finish that sentence, because to be frank, I don't know what I'd do.
