"Why were you talking with Pedri González?" Jude asks me when we get to the bus. He gives me a weird look and continues on with his interrogation.
"Are you friends or something? He never told me that he knew you, otherwise-" He tries to continue the sentence before I shut him up.
"Wait, so you know him?" I ask and raise my eyebrows.
"Well yes, we sometimes watch F1 together. He's part of our F1 boys' group," He replies looking at me confused.
Before he has a chance to ask me anything, I switch my seat next to my brother in the back of the bus. I've had enough people interrogating me already.

Later in the evening Evelynn disappears somewhere and I'm left alone. I decide to take a shower to clear my head, but that doesn't help at all. I'm left with my thoughts and annoyance.
I decide to start investigating, the right word would be stalking but we don't say that outloud, Mr. "I ghosted you even though I said I wanted more and now I'm back to haunt you". Turns out that he is actually pretty famous and girls are drooling over him all over the internet. Great, he seems exactly like all the other footballers, a player who'll only break your heart. Well, it's kinda too late for that.
Evelynn is still not back as I get off my phone, so I decide to take a walk around the hotel. I meet Jack Grealish and Phil Foden who invite me to play cards but I turn them down. I have some important stalking to do.
As I'm turning a corner to go to another hall full of rooms I'm met with a brick wall. And by brick wall I mean someone's chest. Deja vu much, huh?
"Ah mierda! Are you kid-" I start the sentence but I'm silenced by someone, the brick wall, grabbing my hand and dragging me to one of the rooms in the hallway.
"Get off me or I'm going to scream. And I'm pretty loud and I will bite you!" I scream at my kidnapper, who, surprise to no one, is the one and only Pedri González.
"Deja de ser tan dramática, I'm not going to kidnap you. I just need to talk to you," he says and drags me to his room. Well it's not really his room, since there's another guy standing there, looking at us like we've both got two heads.
Pedri finally lets go of me and closes the door. Yup, just a regular night for me, being locked in some psychos hotel room. I'm definitely not freaking out or pissed.
"Hola, encantada to you as well. There must be a great misunderstanding because your little friend here dragged me to your room, against my will may I point out," I explain and give a sarcastic smile to the friend who's still just standing there looking at us.
"Okay, I have no idea what's going on or who you even are, but I'm off. Buenas noches. Hopefully I can still sleep in my room tonight," He says and my jaw drops. Is he seriously not going to help me? I'm a woman being left in a room with someone who could potentially murder me. Where are all the good guys?
The friend leaves the room and I'm left alone with the most irritating and arrogant guy ever. Definitely not someone I still sometimes think about, or whose lips I dream of.
