"We don't have to like each other and this doesn't have to mean anything, I just need you to fix whatever you started in my head," Pedri says, still looking at my lips.
I close my eyes for a second. Seeing him looking at me like that is not helping me think. I know he's trying to convince me, and my head screams at me that this is a bad idea. We are a bad idea. I still don't like him for what he did to me, but this tension between us is frustrating.
"Abre tus ojos, hermosa. Don't hide from me," He whispers and I do something reckless for once in my life.
I crash my lips against his before my brain has the time to convince me of all the reasons why this is a bad idea. Pedri responds to the kiss immediately and brings his body flushed against mine. I think that's when I lose all rational thoughts and all I can think of are his lips on mine.
We start moving towards my bedroom without parting our lips or bodies from each other. I can feel how solid his body actually is and how all those hours of training have been successful. He grabs my hair to keep my head from moving, so that he has better access to my mouth, while I start pulling his shirt away.
"So demanding, are we chiqui?" he points out and I give him a sly smile. I hate and love that name he uses with passion.
He takes off his shirt and moves his lips from my mouth to my neck. A soft sight escapes from my lips and I can feel him smile against the hollow of my neck. He starts pulling my shirt, but comes to an abrupt stop.
"What the heck-" I hear a very familiar voice say behind me. Before I have the chance to get away from Pedri he grabs my hand to steady me and turns his attention towards Evelynn, who definitely came into our room at the wrong time.
"You can go to my room. It's 8892. Gavi's probably there if he got back from a photoshoot. I bet he's happy to have some company," Pedri says and takes his keycard from the pocket of his sweatpants. He throws it to Evelynn while giving her an apologetic smile. We are like two teenagers who've just been caught by their parents.
"Have fun!" I try to lighten the mood and give a smile to Evelynn. At least now she has the perfect reason to start talking to her Spanish hottie.
I know that I have to make up something and I definitely can't tell Evelynn the whole truth. I'm too scared she would pick my side, like a loyal friend she is, and not go after her dream man. And I'm not going to stand against her happiness. But I don't want to think about the consequences of this, not today.
I turn my attention back to Pedri, who's just staring at me. I give him a seductive smile and whisper "We sure have fun." To which he responds with a small smile and a breathtaking kiss.
Eventually we make it to my bedroom, without any more interruptions. While he tugs his sweatpants down, I shimmer off my shorts. My hands shake a bit as I pick up the shorts to put them on a chair. He must notice this because he grabs both of my hands in his and looks me in the eye.
"I don't want to pressure you. We don't have to do this if you don't want to," He says sincerely and bites his lip.
"No te preocupes, I'm nervous, nothing else." I honestly mean it, I don't feel like I have to do this, but oh god how do I want to.
I reassure him by pushing him to the bed and climbing on top of him. His body feels so warm and so good against mine. I can feel how his body heats and responds to mine, it's like they have a language of their own.
"He soñado con esto durante tanto tiempo chiqui, no tienes idea," He whispers to my ear and my Spanish skills are definitely not good enough to translate that sentence. But his body tells me all I have to know.
No feelings right? This is what I'm trying to convince myself, but I can already feel my mental grip loosening as he brings his hips flush against mine.
