As Pedri is getting dressed for his evening practice he decides that I should lend some of his clothes because I can't go around the hotel , only wearing a see-through dress over my red bikini is not appropriate. And all the love bites he left behind on my body would be on display."Have you seen my black hoodie? The one with the Formula 1 car and my initials?" He asks me and goes through his closet. I can't exactly tell him that I stole it yesterday and it's currently on my bed. I'm also not going to tell him that I wore it as a pyjama last night and fell asleep snuggling it.
"No idea, I mean no offence but your room is quite messy so I'm not surprised you can't find anything," I shrug at him and try to pretend that I'm not guilty.
Pedri mumbles something about it being weird but manages to find me another one of his green hoodies. It's forest green with some kind of weird logo on the front.
"Here, I guess you have to settle on this one. The colour suits you and I wore it yesterday after practice so it should smell like me. So you won't miss me too much and you don't have to stalk pictures of me online when you can just wear my hoodie and smell me," He grins at his witty comment. He's clearly not going to stop reminding me that I stalked him, great.
I throw the hoodie on and it barely reaches my thighs. But Pedri's right, it does smell just like him. He hands me a pair of his joggers that are a bit snug on me, but they'll do just fine. I mean I'm only running to my room.
"Guau chiqui! Maybe I should donate all my clothes to you since they clearly look so much better on you than they do on me," He whistles and kisses the side of my head.
I answer him with a smile and grab my things so that we're ready to go. He holds the door open for me and grabs my hand as we start making our way to the lobby.
"Hey Pedri, espérame!" Someone yells behind us. Pedri lets go of my hands as we both turn around to look who's yelling at him.
A tall Spanish looking guy with brown hair and stubble jocks after us with a smile on his face. Why are almost all the Spanish guys so good looking?
"Everyone was wondering where you went after the meeting. We were all playing Fifa in Ferran's room, but I can see now why you weren't there," He says and flashes a breathtaking smile to me.
"You must be the girl Pedri's brother and Ferran keep gossiping about. Nice to meet you, I'm Eric, Pedri's teammate both in Barca and the national team," He says and gives both of my cheeks light air kisses.
Before I have the chance to introduce myself Pedri starts interrogating Eric. "What do you mean they're gossiping about her?"
"Oh you know, Fer was telling us how he's seen you with the same girl a few times and how he once caught you two in a suspicious situation in your room and Ferran described how you nearly killed him with your stare when he tried getting under your skin by flirting with the same girl Fer was talking about. And if you didn't already know Gavi's the worst liar ever so he pretty much confirmed the rumours when he tried to pretend clueless," Eric laughs and by now the colour from Pedri's face has drained.
"But I have to admit, you two look good together, like you've always been together," he continues and manages to make the already awkward situation even more awkward.
"Of course they did, joder," Pedri rubs his temples while me and Eric both stare at him.
"Okay we must get going, I'll text you later okay? Vamos Eric," Pedri says and starts walking towards the elevators while I just stand there like stupid.
Eric gives me a small apologetic smile and quickly follows Pedri. I hear them murmur something, but I can only make out one sentence that is enough to make my stomach turn: "We are not together." Great, my day managed to go from great to sucky in a matter of minutes.

Evelynn is curled up in her bed when I get back to our room. She's wearing the black t-shirt that I stole from Gavi and reading one of her romance novels.
"Hey you managed to spend a long time in the pool. Did you get a good tan?" She asks me and flashes me a small smile.
"Haha well, I did but I spent the last two hours curled up in a bed," I laugh and she starts giggling when she notices my, or should I say Pedri's, clothes.
"Oh I see and I wonder how you spent those two hours in bed?" She raises her eyebrows and gets up from the bed to inspect the state I'm in.
Evelynn walks up to me and absolutely loses it when she sees my neck. "That boy really left his mark on you, quite literally," she giggles and brushes my hair away from my neck. I shoo her away and whine about failing to cover them up. She offers to help me in the future since it's easier for someone else to do it.
"I'm actually planning on going out for dinner with Mase and Jack. Do you want to join us? I think it's time for you to get out of this room, no matter what my brother or the team's managers say," I tell her and start changing my clothes.
As much as I love wearing Pedri's clothes, I can't exactly go and have dinner with my brother in men's clothes. Mason would surely lock me in his room so that I can never leave, but only after killing Pedri first.
An excited smile flashes on Evelynn's face at the mention of abandoning our room and the plan of the team's managers. She runs to her closet and starts going through all the outfits she could wear. In the meanwhile I text my brother to let him know that Evelynn is joining us and that we'll meet him in the corridor in half an hour.
I have a feeling that this dinner will cheer everyone up, including me.
