'' We were walking on the trail, when we heard a gunshot in the distance. What was that? I asked.
Rick and Shane probably found a walker and shot it. Daryl said.
Well isn't that dangerous, you know since the walkers have really good hearing. I said.
Don't worry honey Rick knows what he is doing, you have nothing to worry about. Lori said.
I nodded, we then we continued to look for Sophia.

We continued to keep looking.
I went up to Carol and asked her a question. Hey Carol what school did Sophia go to after everything happened.
Why do you ask. Carol asked.
Well Sophia came up to me the other day and asked me what school I went to. So I was thinking why not ask you and I can bring it up when we find her. I said.
Carol smiled. She went Flourish Elementary. Carol said.
I smiled at her. Thank you. I said.
It was a few more hours, while we were walking we heard a huge scream.
We all realized that it was Andreas. I instantly ran toward her.
Thomas wait! I heard Lori yell.
I saw Andrea was about to get bit. I was about to stop it, but I felt a yank on my arm. I turned around and saw that Daryl was hanging on to my arm.
I was trying to get free but Daryl had a firm grip on my arm.
When all of sudden I see a horse. But that's not all, there is a women on it carrying a bat with her.
The Women comes where she hears the screaming, and hits the walker right in the face, making it get off of Andrea. Letting Daryl finish it off.
Lori? The women said.
Lori Grimes. She said again.
I'm Lori. Lori said to the women.
Rick sent me you gonna come now. The women said.
What? Lori said in confusion.
There's been an accident, Carl been shot. Said the women.
Lori expression imminently changes to shock.
He still alive but you gotta come now. The women said.
Lori does not respond.
Rick needs you just come. Said the women.
Lori drops her backpack and gets on the women's horse.
Wow, wow, we don't know this girl, you can't get on that horse. Daryl said.
Rick said you had others on the highway? The women asked.
That big traffic snarl? she asked again.
uh huh. Glenn responded.
Backtrack to Fairburn road, two miles down is our farm, You'll see the mailbox. The name is Greene. The women said while taking Lori with her to where Carl is.

After we all talked we decided to head back to the Rv and talk to the rest of the group on what to do.
Dick Pov
Peyton and I waited for Thomas and the others to come back.
It had been a few hours but then we saw a boy with bright yellow hair, and we knew that it was Thomas.
Peyton ran up to him and gave him a huge.
As soon as she was done, I ran in and gave him a huge.
You ok? Peyton asked. No scratches no bites.
Peyton asked.
No I'm ok thanks to Daryl.
Peyton just looked at Daryl, did not say anything, just looked at him.
She then took are hands and guided us to the Rv.
so what happened out there? I asked.
Well we were on a really good start on looking for Sophia, but some lady in a horse, took Lori and said that Carl got shot.
My face froze. Carl got shot? is he ok? I ask.
I don't know. Thomas said.

A few days had passed and I had over heard the adults talk about going to that farm the lady was talking about.
The next day we decided to go to the farm the lady was talking about.
As soon as we were gonna leave, in the corner of my eye I saw Thomas trying to convince Daryl to let him ride with him on the way to the farm.
I saw that Daryl did not say anything and just started his engine and guided the way to the farm.
It took a few hours but we finally got there.
I had heard that Carl was ok and that he was gonna live.
Before the Greene family invited us all to dinner, I saw on one of the shelves that their was a card game called go fish.
I took the cards and headed to Carl's room.
Dad? Carl asked.
No it's me Dick.
Oh. Carl said.
Why are you wearing that hat? I asked
Oh my dad gave it to me. Carl said.
Oh um well it looks um great. I try to lie.
Um look I know your probably wondering why I am in here, well I found this card game and I was thinking, hey since Carl got shot and has to stay in bed, why not give him some company.
and play a card game. I said
Neither Carl or I said anything else.
You know what I think it was a stupid idea, I will just go.
I put my hand on the door numbs.
Wait, I actually would like to play. Carl said.
Really? I asked.

I smiled then climbed on Carl's bed and showed his the rules of Go fish.
